The breakfast area was awkwardly small.

The location was convenient to the train station. The hotel was fairly quiet, couldn’t hear too much street noise. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly.

The location was 10/10, it was the first place we went that we didn’t need to uber/take a train to get to the best spots in the city. We could walk everywhere! Great restaurants literally next door and just a beautiful hotel in general. The staff was also very helpful and friendly!

The location of the hotel is perfect, only 5 minutes away from the Venice train station and all major means of transport. Despite being located in a busy area, the hotel is oriented towards a little quiet street, which was perfect for getting some rest after spending the day in the crowded city. The hotel itself is cosy and one really feels like at home from the very first moment. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we really felt welcome there. The room was simple, but well equipped, the guests are provided with everything they need. We stayed there only for one night but the room would definitely be a good option even for a multiple-day stay.

This hotel was perfect! Very quite, clean, comfortable beds (bunk beds too) and friendly helpful staff. It looks like the pictures and there were no surprises. Highly recommend and will be back.

A fridge in the room would have been good and a coffee and tea making facility would have been nice.

The room was delightful. We wanted Italian and we got it. The atmosphere was more than we could ask for. Continental breakfast was wonderful and filling. The owners and staff were very friendly and informative. Alberto even took our bags up to the 3rd floor for us. That was so good! and Matise (I believe that was the name of the cocker spaniel that came with the hotel) was just so cute!! The location was perfect - minutes away from the rail station and I felt safe when I took a walk in the evenings by myself. All in all - fantastico !

Loved the location and friendly staff who were always available to help. As it is an older building the sounds from other rooms are sometimes audible, so just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Noise from the street can’t be heard as you’re down a laneway :)
