I found it a little noisey.Probebly due to the proximity of the main road and early the wall mounted t.v. in the next room.

Every aspect of my stay was superb. The ambiance ,the staff ,the comfort and food The Shuttle was very helpful,the driver excellent and receptionists were lovely and so efficient.

Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff are not friendly at all , they are focus on attending large groups, not single travelers or couples, gym facilities are poor, gym equipment need maintenance

Front desk staff is very welcoming as well as shuttle staff , there’s a shuttle available to the centre every 30 min .

Very clean, convenient shuttle, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had several choices but we preferred to eat at the many restaurants and coffee shops in the city center of Sorrento.

Great location for a stay in Sorrento. Not too central so quieter but shuttle buss available if you don’t want to walk into town.

It is located a fair way out of the middle of Sorrento but they do provide a courtesy shuttle at specified times. Only down side is that you have to book your seat and they often get full so we ended up walking back from town a few times.

The beach is a fair hike down so having a pool to jump into at the end of a long day walking around was beneficial. Inclusion of breakfast was also good.

The staff were super friendly and helpful - especially at the buffet breakfast and the food was delicious The location was also great and they had a free shuttle in to town if needed but it wasn't far to walk either

The bathroom although very functional could do with modernising. The fitness suite is not as advertised 80% of the equipment had been neglected any maintenance and therefore was personally deemed unsafe and unsuitable for using, this is not a complaint as many of the hotel guests would not have used the fitness area and therefore would of never known the issues.

The location of the property and the position of our room No 417 gave us exceptional views of the bay of Naples and the surrounding hillsides of Sant Agnello including Mount Vesuvius.

We loved everything

My wife and I had a great stay at Hotel Caravel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is spotless, food was lovely and the complimentary shuttle bus into Sorrento Town was fantastic and always on time. We would definitely choose to stay again on our next holiday to Sorrento.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, we had the superior room which we thought was spacious and comfortable. The pool and the garden area were very well maintained, all the staff were friendly and attentive . Excellent choice on the breakfast menu and always greeted by the excellent restaurant team. It has some excellent restaurants in the local vicinity and it’s less than 30 min walk into town or sometimes we used the free shuttle service.We would definitely stay there again.

Lunch menu was very poor, however breakfast was very good and very good service.we never ate in the restaurant at night as went into Sorrento.

Location and courtesy bus were excellent. Staff were great at organising trips and organising taxis. Very clean and great air conditioning.

Staff was fantastic and extremely accommodating! Big breakfast provided if offered I would highly recommend paying for it! Facility was nice and in good location, walking to sorrento was about 15-20 mins.
