My only complaint is no milk for the tea, everything else was great!

Honestly, hands down the best apartment I have stayed in. With Rome the internet shows you that you’re spoilt for choice with places to stay, often they are deceiving about how close they are to the sites but this place is in the perfect position. It’s 10 minute walk from everything you want to see. It has the added bonus of being in a non touristy location so the food on offer is brilliant. It’s within the district of Monti, which is packed full of great gelato spots, restaurants and bars. The host, Emanuele couldn’t have done enough for us. Talked us through where to go and where not to go. Gave us a map to keep us right. Gave us his mobile number in case we got stuck and needed a hand somewhere in the city. Then offered to hold on to our bags for us so we could go site seeing on our last day. Every morning when we left our room he had a treat for the kids, be it sweets or a bag of cookies for their travels for the day. It was so good that on our last day we were booking to go back!

My room was very clean and had a comfortable stay. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming and great at communicating. The property is in an excellent location, within walking distance to all historic places of interest. I would most definitely return and recommend this property to others to stay.

The property is located in one old building, so the main door of the building and the elevator are quite old but the property itself has been completely refurbished so it looks like new.

A very hard pillow & maybe the bathroom was a little on the small side but not enough tho put you off the property.

The bathroom had some humidity on the ceiling and some walls, but that was insignificant compared to the overall wonderful experience we had!

The host was so nice and sweet. The location was perfect, the room was clean and really comfortable. Everything was perfect overall we will definitely stay there again and suggest this hotel to our friends.

The property was in the perfect location for exploring Rome with both colosseum and Trevi fountain around 10/15 min walk, plenty of places to eat within a short distance too. Facilities at the property were excellent with large rooms, hairdryers and even straighteners provided, along with toiletries, tea/coffee and mini bar. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Emanuele the host could not have been more helpful. He was absolutely brilliant with our son, particularly when it came to leaving and he was a little upset. No complaints from us, I would recommend for couples and families when visiting the beautiful city of Rome!

Nothing to dislike

The room was spotlessly clean and tidied every day, there were free soft drinks in the mini bar, clean towels were plentiful, the host Emanuele went over and above to make our stay comfortable and even recommended a bar to eat and treated us to drinks and tiramisu which was delicious. He also answered any questions we had promptly. The apartment was within walking distance of the colleseum, Spanish steps trevi fountain and shopping district, the only thing further away were the Vatican and gallery borghese but only €1.50 on the bus and approx £14 in a taxi.

Overall it was a great stay at this appartement ! A very good location to explore the city. The host Emanuelle was just amazing - he took time at the arrival to give us some advises and helped with just everything. If i will visit Rome again, this will be my first adress !!
