My room was right above a bar. The bar was on the first floor. I was on the second directly above the outdoor seating. They drank until 2 to 3 am. The room was very stuffy, so I had to keep the window open, and it was like being right in the middle of the party.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The bed was OK. I forgot to get cash for the city.tax and the desk clerk was very accommodating. He was very kind.

Bed is ok but shower has water heater so 2nd person has to wait for warm water. If you have baby you can not use siphon flushing in night. Breakfast could be various for tourists.

The room was extremely noisy, both due to the neighbouring street and the water boiler(s), which started screeching loudly when turned on (both in my own, but also neighbouring rooms).

Breakfast was very basic, also no fruits, nothing fresh. Cups for water/juice were cheap plastic. Bread was cheap toast bread. Only the coffee and the pastries were great. But for the price you pay, certainly not enough.

I liked the staff. Very helpful and nice. Location was also great. Coffee and pastries were great. The room was specious, the bathroom was also big, I even had a balcony.

Clean and comfortable room in simple traditional hotel, breakfast available every morning (extra), easy to get to/from tram stop to go into the city centre (10 min walk, 10 min by T1), one good Italian restaurant next door, nice staff.

At the very beginning we were told that the hotel parking for 24 hours will cost us 8€, but when we checked out the receptionist told us that we have to pay 20€. This included 12€ of tourist fee which is absolutely ridiculous! That said, we were mislead about the price and due to being tourists we payed far more than the locals...

Our room was clean (except for one dirty towel we have found in the bathroom) and the bed was quite soft and comfortable.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, very small shower room, and air conditioner not working at all. We spoke to the receptionist about air conditioning not working and nothing were done, they didn’t fixed and we had to sleep like that.

However we got a room which had technical issues. Some water leakage happened before our stay thus there were a bit of construction in a bathroom. This led to the terrible smell in the room that even got into our clothes and we could smell it few days later. Plus the hole in the bathroom started to crash in the middle of the night with parts dropping on the floor (imagine the sound in the middle of the night). It was unsafe to use toilette as a piece from ceiling could drop on your head. We informed the reception and they were emphathetic, and appologized etc., explained why it happened. But such rooom should not have been sold at all in a first place. I did not reduced the rating of the hotel lower just because management seemed to care, and if we had different room probably the stay would have been much better. We were offered for a breakfast in the morning for free. Again, this did not compensate the general feeling when you and your kids are afraid to go into toillet...

Generally first impression of the room which we got (tripple room) was quite good. As windows had protection from insects, was good AC, spacious room. Fresh and warm croissants in the morning was really nice.
