For the xmas dinner there was confusion to order a glass of prosecco. There were long waits between courses and average food for the price.

The bed was pretty bad and needed upgrade and the shuttle service could have been provided little bit longer or by request a little bit later during the evening. The swimming pool required people to take a shower before entering, the showers next to the swimming pool should have had shampoo in them.

The breakfast was great and they had different types of food available. The location was a little bit outside the town but the hotel provided free shuttle down town and back, as well the ski slope was next to the hotel so we could ski straight from the hotel and just needed to end the day in that slope.

Beautiful hotel with amazing and helpful staff! Located by ski slops allows ski in /out . Great breakfast buffet. My mother’ favorite was the spa . She felt rejuvenated and relaxed after each visit . I recommend this hotel for anyone that enjoys skiing and little self care afterward. Thank you staff of Carlo mango for having us ! We will be back next year !

Did not understand why we could not get plain tap water - which is perfectly fine, and the waiters insisted on bringing bottled water...obviously for a charge... Also, did not understand why there was an additional charge for bathing caps for the pool (required)...

There was no wifi in the hotel. No other language chanels in TV rather then Italian.

Wifi is a disaster!

This hotel was a great choice for our family - my 1 and 3 y.o. kids loved the warm baby pool and the playroom. The private magic carpet and the small training ground right outside the hotel was perfect for teaching my little one. We loved skiing in and out, the pistes were well prepared even this late into March. The spa area was large and good - not missing anything essential. The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply amazing. They also serve really good lunch a la carte (not a given here, mind you!) We compared to two neighboring 4* hotels, where our friends stayed and our hotel was better in every single way. We’re coming back for sure!

The sommelier is rude with women(he bring the wine bottle at the table but he was waiting for my husband to teste it even if I was there,waiting)

Breakfast are bit "too italian" - piece of cucamber, tomato or lettuce would be a game changer, especially as it is 4* resort. It tooks eternity to use their elevators in rush hours.

Location nice, close to the slopes. You can start and stop skiing, directly from te hotel. Rooms are spacious, bright, with some nice alpine views. Hotel Bar is well equiped. Location is about 30 minutes walking distance from the City centre. LAB apreski nearby.

The bed is not the most comfortable. It is ok.

The hotel is very well-located: next to the slopes and 20min walking from the city center of M.di Campiglio. They also provide free shuttles during the day to the center.

Maybe more plugs in the bedrooms , most hotels and homes have certainly a plug facility either side of the beds . shops close for 2-3 hours during lunch time, apre ski is not like other Austrian or Italian resorts . maybe the travel to the resort is longer than most , very narrow roads luckily without snow , but i wouldn't really want a journey up or down in an Icey condition.

hotel staff and facilities excellent , easy taxi into the main centre . restaurants provide great variety of food to a high standard and the wine is to die for .

Not professional staff in the restaurant, the meitre screaming at the stuff in front of customers…very bad. Rooms without any basic expected service for a 4star superior, for example no complimentary water at arrival, no coffee machine, nothing. Breakfast was average, very limited options in terms of fresh fruit, milks and international breakfast.

Nice Spa, baby club staff and morning yoga trainer were awesome, big room.

Location is out of town. Hotel does provide a shuttle but you need to book it. Last shuttle from town to hotel is 7:40pm, so difficult to go out to restaurants Wi-fi is shockingly poor Staff refused to assist with making restaurant bookings. (I don't speak Italtian) Only one ski run back to hotel.

Terrible breakfast. Had better breakfast in 2-star hotels. Exactly the same choice every day. Almost zero choice of tapas - hams, cheese, etc. Very poor choice of warm meals for breakfast and greens (only some bad tomatoes and lettuce). The food was poor and not tasty. The pastries were okay, but when went later for breakfast, the selection left was very poor. At booking com the hotel had many extras like spa and kids pool, however, several days we were unable to book them due to many guests. There were problems with room key and keys of sky lockers, but the staff did not offer any compensation for inconveniences. Wifi access was very unstable. The hotel was expensive, but definitely not value for money. :(

Location was very good. Great access to ski tracks. The ski rent was in the hotel, this was also nice surprises. Overall, the premises of the hotel were spacious and nice.
