To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandI still had to pay the city tax of €9 at the Aquarius Hotel which isn't much of a big deal if it was included at the Hotel Carlton but it was at the Aquarius. Anyway no big issue the staff both hotels were great anyway.
For the record i didn't get to stay at the hotel carlton due to an issue with the rooms being out of service but the staff organized to have me stay at the Hotel Aquarius Venice so the review should be for them but still thank you to the staff here for helping me out and bringing me to the location and hopefully i can stay here when i return again.

BulgariaThe room was at 1st floor and windows were 2 m. from the next building, not a light at all, not any view at all. The window glasses vibrate with the air conditioning. The duvet was just the bed cover over the sheets. There were spare blankets in the wardrobe, but.. what was the duvet? The pillows were hard and strange.
The breakfast was very good and enough: everything you could wish; It's near the bus and railway stations: with it's pros and cons of that.
