Everything was perfect: from a pre-arrival pack and a warm welcome to little welcome gifts and guide books waiting for us. We felt very welcome and felt after if it was our own home. It all started with a pre-arrival guide books prepared by Chiara that included lists of shops, restaurants and places to visit. Then we got a warm in-person welcome. The fridge was full of fruit, drinks, some ham and milk, tea and coffee was ready for us and on each bed there was not only a dressing gown and a set of towels but also a welcome gift and a sweet! Beach accessories, including towels and an umbrella were ready and there were even 4kg dumbells and a yoga mat. Chiara thought about every single detail in the flat and she was the juices and the sweetest host I've ever had. Much recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Kawaii in Cagliari! Our host Chiara was incredibly welcoming and really made us feel at home. We were offered breakfast and drinks the first days. The apartment has two rooms and was perfect for staying with kids. It was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is ideal – right in the heart of the charming Castello district, near the castle. The apartment was beautifully decorated with an Italian touch, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. It really felt like staying in a true Italian home, rather than just another hotel. We highly recommend Casa Kawaii to anyone wanting to experience the real Cagliari – we’d love to come back! Exceeded expectations. Great location really well equipped. Lots of extras which makes the day very comfortable. Fantastic to have some extras for the beach.

Nothing at fault here. Everything was excellent.Worth noting that if you have mobility issues or have small kids or if you are tall the mezzanine style bedrooms may not suit however there is another spacious bedroom that's not mezzanine.

Chiara is a host taking care of all your needs being always at the disposal. Nice to have were drinks, fruits and some food for us as a gift (which is not so common).

The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, offering plenty of beach gear and a wide range of kitchen supplies.

The apartment was located atop a hill making the walk up quite challenging. Additionally the beds were positioned close to the ceiling, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

The host, Chiara, was very responsive and friendly. Making sure we were briefed properly around the apartment before leaving us to enjoy the accommodation.

It's a well-taken-care place, nicely designed with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped and we got a nice welcome package upon arrival. The contact with a host was easy. The location is central.

Great location, fast comunication with the host, who was so kind to us. We stayed at casa kawaii for 7 days. It was a beautiful home for our family. It is really clean, well equipped, and the host attentions went far away beyond her duties. I really recommend casa Kawaii if you are travelling to Sardinia. Thank you Chiara!

Everything was so wonderful and Chiara honestly goes above and beyond the call of duty. Location, amenities, cleanliness etc. I could elaborate but just read the other reviews or I will be repeating, they are correct.

The apartment is very well laid out, but one aspect of narrow ancient street living which I didn't expect (though it makes perfect sense) is just how dark the apartments are despite midday sun and the big windows. This added charm may be to some people's taste, but for me personally I had the lights on in the apartment all through daylight hours and still felt it a bit dim.

Everything! Beautiful and interesting design and furniture and extremely generous provision of food, treats and many other thoughtful extras. Chiara was the best host we've encountered anywhere - friendly, knowledgable and she went out of her way to take time to welcome us and accommodate our bags when we were early. Everything was above our expectations. Thank you Chiara!

The location is a little difficult because of the parking, but Chiara was EXTREMELY helpful with that, and really, you wouldn't want to stay in the areas where the parking is easy.

It's hard to find words for expressing our feeilngs about Casa Kawaii because all was amazing. Chiara is the best host I've ever met!!! She's kind, helpful, well organized and taking a good care for her guests. We had a very good contact before our staying and she answered to all my questions. The appartment was very clean, comfortable and decorated with taste.. What is more, we had delicious surprise in the fridge :) The flat is in the heart of old town just nearby the cathedral.
