The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The shared kitchen was quite large and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to everything. The host was friendly and provided all the necessary information when we arrived. I would definitely consider staying here again when I return!

Perfect for my stay. Short walk to the city. Really nice with the coffee machine, you could enjoy coffee when ever you wanted. Had my flight at the evening, asked for a late check out and it was possible, was very nice beacuse i had a lot of baggage. The bed was comfortable. Would absolutley book this place again.

-> room was big / high ceilings and it can get a bit cold so we had to use the AC with the heat function -> a pity we could not use the balcony from the room as it was locked -> the toilet seater was not standing on it's own so each time we had to use it, we had to use one hand to keep the seater lifted which was a bit inconvenient (this can be an easy fix for the future)

-> very nice location, close to city center -> host was very helpful, we were given some codes to enter the location so we had a smooth check-in even if we arrived late in the evening -> had some coffee and tea at the property which helped in the morning / evening -> from the balcony (which is accessible via the main door) we could see a bit of Etna

I stayed 4nights in Casa Maravigna, the whole experience is perfect. Very clean, and comfortable to stay. The host allowed me to check in earlier when I arrived, and store my stuff in the B&B when I check out. The community is easy and efficient. The B&B Located in the quiet area of City Centre, 5min to the castle, less than 10min walk you are at the famous fish market and the Cathedral. The environment around is safe and convenient.

About 25 minute walk to train station but it's easy so wasn't a problem.

Great to have use of kitchen with microwave, kettle and shared fridge. Very close to most attractions and sights. Eating places all around. Can see a glimpse of Mt Etna from walkway/balcony. Clean, tidy and owners friendly. Thank you.

No oven, only microwave. Beds are not comfortable, quite dark in the room because the light is not bright. Every morning you will wake up with noise from neighbour from downstairs who has a garage and collecting some fruits for market (his business). But he is nice and polite, always says good morning 😁

Pretty big apartment with I guess 4 rooms and very spacious kitchen. Good location and I would say even quiet at night. Only in the morning some noise. In general it's really not bad option taking in consideration the combination of location and tranquility at night. There is a big fridge as well, dishes, tools. Also I enjoyed with old windows and very authentic small balcony.

Cons: The beds were a bit hard. The partition in the bathroom needs improvement.

Pros: The property is situated close to the buzzing part of the town and hence it makes it very easy to get to the centre. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The host was amazing and always round the corner for any assistance required.

Very positive experience - good ensuite room, fairly good location, good facilities. Lucky enough not to have noisy travellers in adjacent rooms so very quiet too - although you can't guarantee that. Excellent value.

To be honest, the Wi-fi was a bit slow, as noted in some of the reviews, just in case that is crucial to someone. To me it wasn't so important since I didn't spend much time in the apartment.

The location is perfect. Very close to all sights, close to Borselino bus station, 20-30 minutes walk from main train and bus station, close to good restaurants, fish market... The spacious room was clean, comfortable. Coffee, tea, fridge, etc. are available in the kitchen. Communication and check-in went smoothly.

The terrace was poor we would like to sit but there wasn’t any chair or table here. It would be nice to put some stuff here.

The room was very clean and big. Every day was fresh cleaning with extra towels. The location is the best in Catania very close to everywhere. Very comfortable to check in and check out. Very helpfully staff. The coffee is extra delicious in the kitchen everybody need to try it. Super safe place to stay in the town.

It took quite a long time to get a hot water in a shower but it is really not something to complain about. It might be bit tricky to find how to get to the building and find the accommodation, but the owner was waiting for us on the balcony to help us :).

Everything was allright. Owners are very friendly couple and the room had everything we need. Accommodation is in the city centre in a walking distance to all main touristic places and fish market.
