The apartment is uniquely located on the super historical center in an traditional building. The flat surround all the monuments of Bergamo and offers exceptional view from all the rooms. A pleasure to have Italian breakfast on the balcony. The apartment is very well decorated with good colors and absolutely comfortable. Overall big size ideal for 2-4 people and the architecture is perfect.

Parking was not explained adequately. It is 15 minutes away from the property and had to be paid for separately. You are not allowed to drive into the old town without a permit even for dropping off cases or shopping.

The bedrooms were quite bright in the morning, but we didn’t mind it too much and would still stay again

The location was excellent, the apartment was beautifully decorated and the host was very warm and welcoming. She was very responsive to contact.

Install the roller shutter on the left French window in the living room The washing machine has a slight water leak (already reported) The TV: a minimum of instructions for use would be useful Install an eElevator. We realize that this is an apartment in the historic center, but 51 steps is a lot, especially if done more than once a day.

Bedrooms windows had no blinds. Sink a little too high in bathroom.

Superb views over rooftops to the snow capped alps. Very close to Piazza Vecchia. Extremely quiet inside the apartment block. Very comfortable bed and nice quality bedding. Laura was lovely and very helpful.

height of bathroom wash basin was too high. No mirror in one bedroom. Only one comfy chair on balcony, needed two.

Location was amazing, right off central piazza with amazing views from every window in the apartment. We didn't cook as so much gorgeous food at reasonable prices nearby, but kitchen seemed very well equipped. Comfy beds and large rooms, we loved having a balcony we could use, got the sun all morning. No breakfast was available as an apartment, but fabulous café round the corner. We really enjoyed our visit and would go back.

Nothing - an amazing stay

Excellent location right in the centre of the old town of Bergamo. Property was easy to locate and owner was extremely helpful even when we were late to arrive. Wish we could have stayed longer as apartment was lovely.

Some bars/cafes in the lower part of the city, changed (tried to) their prices when they realised we were tourists. I have heard of this practice in other places, so not exclusive to Bergamo.

Laura, fabulous! Perfect English, so no one had to suffer my shocking and limited Italian. The accommodation was perfect. It was spacious, had everything we needed and very comfortable. Lovely balcony which, if it had been warmer, would have happily spent the evening sitting out there with a glass of wine. Up a few floors but the pay off is the view. Exactly as shown in the pictures.....and some! Citti Allta is just so beautiful. Shops, little eateries, bars in abundance. Not cheap but I was constantly comparing it to Naples.The funiclare takes you straight down to the lower part of Bergamo. Or down the hill to the left (if facing it), takes you to the main road to the bus stop, no1 airport bus goes down through main road of lower Bergamo, to train station and onto airport. Accessible to Milan if you fancy a day trip, certainly worth it.

There are 51 steep steps up to the apartment, no lift. One of the bedrooms only had a standard lamp in the corner, no ceiling lights.

The location could not be better, only a few meters from the main cathedral square. Beautiful views. Modern apartment in an old building.

The dishwasher was not emptied and the respective smell disgusting. Dishwasher taps were missing. When arriving the flat was cold and it took a few hours to get it up to 21 degrees Celsius.

Laura met us at the property and was very supportive. We loved her attitude and dedication. Make sure you book a car park in advance. There’s a small one in walking distance. The property itself is spacious and has nice views.
