Lovely view of the mountains. Warm welcome. Well equipped. The private beach on the lakeside was fabulous. Waterfall and the tiny cobbled back streets down to the bridge and lakeside were lovely.

The apartment is amazing and well equipped. It is a perfect place for chilling, the environment has a good vibe. The host is very helpful and friendly, I would definitely come back again. If you travel to Nesso by bus, you need to climb up some stairs to get to the house but worth it!

Due to the narrow streets I would not recommend To take a large vehicle. Narrow streets to the apartment with parking about 600m away. It was all doable for us. But might be a bit difficult fore some guests

Could just have done with a hand rail on the stairs, a beautifully designed and painted one but in the night this didn't really assist!

Splendid location and views, access with a car is a little challenging but that's Italian hillside villages for you! Parking and entry instructions very clear.

Although the house owner doesn't speak English, we communicate really good, and they have a beautiful garden but unfortunately we didnt have a chance to visit, and just don't forget that the city tax is paid as cash before you check out.

The only concern is about the heating as summer the place need some air conditioning or fans and the problem is if you kept the windows open there is a noise and light factor which disturb sleep otherwise all is okay

Views from the balcony are good u can see the lake Host is very nice, she welcomes us very well and there was milk cookies eggs and wine bottle for the stay.

Bright street lights. My apartment had no view of the lake and was very close to a lively street! But it was great to listen to the Italians going about their lives in this small village.

Well appointed very comfortable apartment. The host was so sweet. She waited for me to assist with best parking. She stocked the kitchen with all sorts of wonderful treats. There is a nice market right across the street. She includes a voucher for free breakfast at the restaurant right across from the apartment.

We really like the host, she was super nice and helpful. She kept checking if any road closure given the dates we arrived and departed had a bike tour and rally in the area. Also, she kindly helped us book a restaurant for dinner. Her apt is on 2nd floor with very nice view and ample space for 4 ppl. Even no breakfast, she did have a snack as a bottle of rose.

The room was too small for us for 14 days. The sitting room was an extension of the bedroom with barely enough room for the two chairs. Cinzia showed us her two bedroom; it was so pretty and spacious. If I were to return to Nesso that is where I would stay.

It was just what I wanted to experience- a lovely and authentic stay in an Italian mountain village. Cinzia was an amazing hostess, from the time she picked us up at the bus stop until our last day, she was outgoing, cheerful, and helpful.

Loved the apartment. It had a view of the lake from almost every room. Close to shops, restaurants and ferries. And the private access to the farm was amazing! The perfect place to chill. Chinzia was a lovely host. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Really sweet holiday home in a beautiful location. The apartments are just across a small supermarket where you can get all the essentials and a lovely little bar. You can walk to an amazing swimming spot near a bridge in 10 minutes and the apartment owner’s private beach/allotment is a 20 minutes walk away and absolutely stunning.

This place is amazing. First of all, there are views of Lake Como from every room. Lay in bed and look at the lake. There is a little balcony just big enough for a couple of chairs and a table where you can enjoy a drink. There is 1 very manageable flight of stairs from the street. The interior is homey, cute, and has a fascinating collection of antiques. It is roomy for a vacation rental so our family of 4 could eat at the table, all sit in the living room and even go off to the bedroom to sit in a comfy chair and read a book. I want to take the refrigerator home with me. There is a grocery store just steps away. Have a coffee with the locals also just steps away. Explore Nesso which IMHO is as charming and picturesque as Cinque Terre but without a gazillion people and tacky souvenir shops. What really set this place apart is Cinzia who runs the place. She has thought of everything and there are lovely personal touches everywhere. I would start by mentioning she actually will meet you when you arrive and give you a 15 min tour of her place, explaining how everything works. How many times have we arrived at a vacation rental and had to struggle to even find the lock box, or open the lock box or get the stove to turn on. So many vacation rentals are impersonal, filled with cheap icky furnishings and run by some corporation that only cares about maximizing profits. Here, you are supporting a hard working family that puts their heart and sole into their business.

The location was perfect and great communication with Cinzia who was always attentive and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the big spacious bed. Loved the design . I would definitely stay there again.
