The location was not as good as I thought it would be judging from the map and without knowing local topography (uphill walk to the city centre/old town). I did not feel comfortable going outside at night in this neigbourhood.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfect for a one night stay before the morning flight. Also, the owners were very flexible in regards to check-in time and responded quickly to the messages on whatsapp.

the only thing that we didnt like was the location. it is like 10-15 minutes away by car from the city center which in any way you cannot access on foot at all. and since there are some construction sites nearby, the area of the bus station was not comfortable to pass through.

The host was amazing. she sent us the check-in instructions beforehand. so we didn't have any trouble. the house was nicely furnished, and it was SO clean. we could find some small breakfast and some cleaning products as well.

Although the appt is close to transit, bus, train mini metro, which was why we chose it, there were really no restaurants in walking distance and we did not feel comfortable out after dark.

The appt was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Hosts were very helpful with early access, entry and restaurant suggestions.

We liked everything, absolutely everything. Apartment clean, cozy. Every detail in the house has been thought out by the owners for the convenience of guests even blanket on the balcony. I wish every apartment I stay in Europe was treat with such love like this. Now I know where I stay for my next trip for sure.

A little noisy at night with people closing their shutters.

This was a super place for convenience to Perugia. It’s really close to the train station and mini metro. It was very clean and the extra’s the hosts offer such as coffee, little snacks, shower gels, etc was greatly appreciated, along with their wonderful communication and support. Don’t do what we did and follow the Google Map directions, follow what the hosts give you, and leave the station (if arriving by train) via the back, not the main entrance. Thank you ☺️

Parking was a bit difficult, we had to park further away than we would have liked.

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

It was extremely clean and had everything we needed from breakfast, water, coffees and irons to shower gels etc. The hosts were amazing, they made us feel so welcome from the moment we booked and kept up constant communication with us via WhatsApp as they were picking us up from the airport. It was like staying at a friends house and we couldn’t have been happier.
