We stayed in the Pink Room - such a gorgeous room with spectacular views - even from the loo!! . The location was perfect only minutes to all the wonderful restaurants, shops and the main piazza. Breakfast was in the quaint kitchen and was ample for us, yogurt, croissant, toast and tea/ coffee. Was also great to have a fridge in our room.

35 steps up to our lodging, but the hosts helped to take our luggage up the stairs upon our arrival and down stairs upon our departure.

Had a two-night stand at Casacenti. Piero is a great host, very easy to communicate with. The room is air-conditioned, which is very helpful during summer heat. The room is furnished with antique-looking furniture. The street is not too noisy despite its location not far away from Duomo. Breakfast is modest, yet both cornetto and pie were quite tasty, as well as freshly-brewed coffee. Beautiful view at Basilica Cateriniana from the kitchen.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Stefano is an exceptionally hospitable host – he kindly helped us with our luggage and even arranged a taxi for us. The room is spotless, cozy, and feels very much like home, while the view from the window is simply breathtaking. The apartment is perfectly located near the city center, just a 5–7 minute walk to the Duomo. If we ever return to Siena, we will most certainly stay with Stef ano again.

Honestly, I feel like I’ve become part of this family — and of this little town. Their hospitality is warm and genuine, making me feel at home from the very first moment. Each morning, I enjoyed my breakfast with a breathtaking view of the Basilica Cateriniana di San Domenico — a truly magical sight. An experience not easily forgotten. I wish I could stay longer. Lovely, characterful BnB in an old medieval house near Il Campo, down a quiet street, on 2nd floor, run by a wonderful Italian family who were all friendly and helpful, Stefano and his son especially so. They thought of everything in how they presented the room and bathroom (very good) and in how they served breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend. Although location is very central, it was very quiet there at night (this was the end of May).

If you’re travelling by car, do you best not to enter the old town and leave a car at the parking under the walls (the hosts would provide you with all relevant information about it). You would easily reach the apartment from the parking place with the help of moving stairs. The only annoying thing is relatively high price for a day-parking. While staying at the apartment, you would get the QR-code for the reduction, but the activation of this QR-code through the parking machine could be a challenge (unfortunately it won’t be successful every single day). Probably, it would be useful, if the hosts could provide their guests with some recommendations about the restaurants, while checking in. Pretty sure they could, we just didn’t ask for. But all these are really minor points, which wouldn’t spoil your staying.

At this apartment you can feel as at home, and not without a reason. The apartment is different from others B&B, because previously it was parents’ house of the owner, so you can feel all the passion and care about the place, while your staying there. It is not only decorated with taste, but has everything you need for a short staying. We’ve stayed at the gold apartment with the view on the calm street. While having breakfast (don’t forget to ask for something you really want, if you don’t want only sweet breakfast, and the hosts would do their best to provide you with eggs, toasts and everything you wish) at the kitchen, you can enjoy the view of wonderful church. The location is very good for visiting Siena! The apartment is at the contrada Selva, so don’t miss an opportunity to visit nice contrada museum and enjoy the neighbourhood!

Perfect location - very close to Basilica and Palio. Very clean and quiet room with amazing view from the window. We had a pink room - looks exactly like in the pictures. The owners are very kind, you feel like being at home.

Everything is wonderful about this B&B!

Very welcoming B&B in Siena. Stefani and Piero are gracious hosts. The breakfast includes croissants, homemade cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee (Americano, espresso and cappuccino), tea, toast, honey and jams. The room and bed are very comfortable and inspired me to sketch. The view of the Basilica Cateriniana di Domenico is outstanding. I was able to take in the valley view with my travel binoculars 😊 Just spectacular. The bathroom is also wonderful with a very good hair dryer and it also has a bidet and towel warmer.
