The property is unique with high attention to detail. The location is very convenient. The staff is really nice and authentic. We had a lovely stay.

I liked it all but if you have mobility issues then there are quite a few stairs to carry bags up .

Had a lovely time, great coffee and a nice long chat with one of the guys running the place. I feel like you always risk sounding like a bot when writing a review like this, but it's true! Great location in Siena (as in, so close to the center but in a secluded alley), great view, and bonus points for the super comfortable pillow. :)

The entire place is exceptionally cozy, we immediately felt like we're home. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean, and what's more, before our arrival someone turned on the heating, so it was really nice and warm - something you don't find too often in Italy. The view from our window was astonishing.The host, Piero, is a genuinely nice and polite person. We hope to come visit Siena and Casacenti again.

Everything was perfect. Stefano is an amazing host. The room was very clean, tidy, quiet and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the sheets very clean. Apart from that, the location was awesome.

great sized room in a quiet part of the neighbourhood, the room was very clean with a lovely view , a typical sweet breakfast was supplied , it was perfect for our 2 night stay and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location with a very nice view,,, just a walking distance to piazza del Campo, Duomo and many other places within the center. The room was very clean and the host was so nice. Unfortunately I only spent one night there because of my appointment but really enjoyed the short period. Grazie mille Stefano e Piero Centi for your warm reception. It is very close to everything you will want to see in Siena. So the location was a huge plus for us. It’s also right next to the escalator so if you’re bringing luggage up that is also another benefit. The view from the room is also very nice. The breakfast is somewhat light compared to some of the other places that we have stayed, but it’s good enough to fill you up. Keep in mind that there isn’t always a staff member on site, so if you need something you will have to chat with them through WhatsApp or booking. Internet was good and stable enough for remote working.

My room had a detached bathroom. Not a problem, could close hallway door to seal off my space, but just be aware in the Orange room if that is a concern.

Wonderful comfort and beautiful rooms close to the center of Siena. 5 min walk from the Duomo/cathedral, and 10 mins from the main square. My bus got in a about 10 mins late, but I rang the buzzer and they welcomed me in. Let me pay city tax and check in the following morning. Very grateful!

We have no complaints. We loved the location and the quiet at night. Siena is beautiful!

We were greeted by the host who was very nice. We loved the beautiful home with all the beautiful artwork throughout. Our room was quite spacious and very nice. When we arrived we could smell something baking which turned out to be part of our breakfast! So nice!
