- Not much water coming out of the shower. On the last morning there was no water at all - reception was closed at 20:00 - restaurant closed most of that would be ok, but not for the price and when described as a 4*-Hotel.

Since we were accommodated in a winery, it was not much to feel, Tuscany we have torches about 25 hotels, 100% if it was a winery, there was wine in the room, too bad the owners did not do so. They could present and sell. If you order a bottle of white wine, Sauvignon Blacn will charge EUR 30 per bottle. go to their home red Chianti classico - it is from 6 EUR, 11 EUR and 19 EUR per bottle and is excellent. Also pay attention to the pricing of accommodation if you extend your stay on the spot.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location overlooking the valley and offers a quiet atmosphere of a family wine company that produces wine and olive oil. The owners live directly on the farm and take care of the guests. There is a beautiful garden, terrace, large swimming pool, walks around the area and there is a luxury restaurant on site. We were enchanted by the environment. Be sure to visit the site directly from this place and you will be surprised by the wine list. For coffee, only coffee and croissant, ham, cheese every day. If you are going for more than 3 days, be sure to buy extra breakfast.

It was cold in the room and the breakfast was basic, with very few choices. And for the restaurant you need a reservation.

!!BEDBUGS!! We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights. After the 1st night, we were eaten by bedbugs (see photos!). We asked to change room. In the new room: BEDBUGS AGAIN! We even took a photo of the mattress... Look at how bad the conditions are. Then, we changed for a 3rd room: MOISTURE ON THE WALLS. This is nothing like a 4* hostel. We changed hostel! Also, we saw the cleaners doing: they're only changing the white bed sheets = THEY DON'T CHANGE THE BEDSPREAD BETWEEN 2 CUSTOMERS. The hostel is refusing to give us a compensation for the problem we had. They're even charging 39€ for the cleaning service. They refuse to follow the laws of the Codice del Turismo!! Concerning the breakfast: only 2 people for the poor "buffet". We had to go 4 times to find what we wanted because everything was empty. Lack of staff!!

First day we were accommodated apart from main building - fungus on the walls, stink and dust everywhere. Air conditioning wasn't cleaned within a long of time - fungus and stink as well. Due to allergy for fungus fist night I have slept with my daughter in my car. (The same story was in my daughter's room). Please see the photos.... From the next day, everything was more or less OK. One remark - breakfast is not rich, is not a typical Tuscany style as well - only coffee was good. Highly not recommend - building has a big potential to be a pearl in Tuscany, but managers not using it.

Cold reception , staff unengaged, Room & bathroom in urgent need of updating. While lots of properties are ‘charming’ when older, the interior here is not. The bathroom needs to be refurbished as well.

The bedrooms were nice and cozy but the bathroom was a little austere and the window was high above and we were unable to open it.

The location was superb and the staff was very nice. The beautiful surrounding nature brought silence and peace to our stay and a sense of deep relaxation. also the local products (wine, oil and grappa) are exquisite and good value for money.

There were aspects where the hotel was a little 'tired' shall we say. For instance the shower was dated and did not work well. The availability of hot water was hit and miss. The room was very hot at night and there was no fan. The tennis court was overgrown and not suitable for playing on. They could have made more of the surroundings, such as a tour of the vinyards and olive groves, or to see the horses and other animals.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The situation and location, including the views, were superb. The room was clean and well appointed.

Owner of the property made difference between quests (some can take drink to pool, some no, some can sit outside, some no etc.), all night flowing toilet, mold in the bath, breakfast only croissant, nothing salty, nothing to eat except dinner, it is necessary to travel for food during the day about 15 km. Beautiful only nature. Look for something better for this price
