Beautiful clean 3 bedroom apartment, positioned in the heart of Rome. Maria was a wonderful host who organised our transfers and greeted us with fresh fruit, a delicious tart, milk and beer. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully appointed. Loved it, thank you Maria.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was extremely comfortable for 6 adults; 3 decent double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 were en-suite). The air-conditioning worked well and meant we slept comfortably. There was a good communal space, a balcony and a fairly well eqipped kitchen. Our host, Maria, was extremely easy to get hold of and organised transfers to and from the airport. The location was fantastic; close to everything we wished to visit and we felt very safe walking around late at night.

We loved the location, the apartment was superb blend of modern with traditional, that Italian charm throughout. Comfortable and within walking distance to all the known spots but also close to the beautiful park.

The location is perfect, with easy access to all tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The high quality of the mattresses, bed linens, and pillows is worth noting. The bathrooms are also clean and equipped with towels, toiletries, and slippers, all at hotel standards. Maria is extremely attentive and eager to offer helpful suggestions. At check-in, the location provides all the essentials, including unlimited coffee, water, juices, and even a selection of wines. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very very comfortable! We all slept very well every night. The beds, pillows and blankets were very comfy and fluffy. We were a group of 5 pax. Having 3 toilets cum shower rooms is a total luxury. There were shampoo and shower gel available, bedroom slippers too! The furniture is modern and clean. Staying in the apartment makes us very happy. There is also a wine fridge, so we could enjoy wine at the comfort of the apartment at night without having to buy it from supermarket and carrying it home. The apartment is within very comfortable walking distance (5-7min) from the Flamino station. The owner is very kind. She checks in with me a couple of times via WhatsApp on whether we need assistance to arrive at the apartment, and when I texted her to ask about some stuff of the apartment, she replies promptly. She prepared a whole fruit pie, a big bowl of fresh fruits, a lot of coffee capsules (enough for 5 of us and each of us drink >1 a day). That is so sweet! Not forget to mention, there is a small lift which is a pleasant surprise after our entire stay in Italy and Switzerland! It is unanimously (among the 5 of us) the best apartment in our 15 days stay in Europe.

The apartment is lovely and spacious with three large doubles. Maria is super organised and welcoming which made booking online easier. The apartment is just next to Piazza del Popolo so lots of restaurants and bars on your front door and easy to walk round the shopping district, metro station and very easy to order an Uber. Would highly recommend.

We were 4 adults in the apartment. The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. When we arrived, a cake made by Maria and a plate of fresh fruit was waiting for us. Maria did everything to make us feel at home. She was available for our every request and was generous when she allowed us to check in early after a night flight and check in late before a night flight, without extra charge. The location of the apartment is nothing less than perfect. In the best and most convenient area for tourists in Rome. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
