Absolutely NOTHING! Our stay here was the highlight of our four weeks in Italy!

What’s not to like? Everywhere you look is gorgeous. You’re staying in the middle of a functioning winery in the best wine producing area anywhere in Italy! And then there’s Paulo and Louisela – two of the kindest, most gracious hosts you’ll ever meet. Oh, wait – then there’s the wine cellar and wine tasting– hands-down, the most enjoyable, winetasting experience I have ever enjoyed. Paulo let us through every single one of the wines he produces, and he is justifiably proud of each one. The rooms are fantastic as well.

Wonderful location and wonderful hosts who take care of you as to make you feel at home. Very good beds, excellent room view on the vineyards you are in the middel. Big enough swimming pool. Wine tasting. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Very nice winery surrounded by vineyards with spectacular views! The town is just a few minutes walking or driving. We had amazing wine tasting with Luisella, which we highly recommend! So if you’re looking for an amazing stay in the Barolo area, look no further!

Cascina Meriame is a peace of heaven on Earth, emerged in the vineyards, with spectacular views on the surrounding hills, pool area, maintained perfectly by the family living on the property and making sure the guest feel welcomed and to enjoy 110%! Will definitely come back and cannot recommend it enough!

Enthusiastic warm welcome by the charming owners. A stunning location surrounded by vineyards. The rooms were very comfortable, extremely clean and views across to hilltop villages.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Piemonte. Family run by Louisella and her husband, the feeling is very intimate. The view is Stunning! The hosts made sure we felt happy and comfortable at all times, provided us with dinning recommendations and made sure we make the most out of Piemonte. Will come back!

Nothing. This is a very reasonably priced and enjoyable Agriturismo.

This is a beautiful property and very well maintained, with views across the valley towards Castiglione Falletto. Access is fine - just mind the sharp corner! The interiors are of the highest quality. The casa has been well-renovated and has the air of a plush hotel. Breakfast is full and thoroughly enjoyable, served at relaxed hours.

Cascina Meriame is a relaxing and beautiful place with incredible views of the Piedmont landscape. The rooms are large, clean, and attractive, the breakfast terrace is lovely (and breakfast is great), and the pool is a wonderful luxury. We would have stayed longer if we could. A gorgeous home base for exploring this glorious wine region.
