Not many facilities in all honesty. No tea or coffee in the bedrooms. The bedside lamps didn’t even have bulbs in them. My bed was uncomfortable. It had a big dip in the mattress. Paint/paper was coming off from places in the rooms.

The hotel is in an quite location with metro station 20 minutes away. The staff is friendly and the breakfast ok. Also there is free parking outside the hotel.

Everything. The rooms were certainly not good value for money. They looked more than very tired and mould was in the room so not good for your health. Bathroom has a shower in the bath which was fine but if you wanted a bath there was no plug. On asking for a plug we were told it was not possible as it was Easter Monday and they didn’t have a spare one. Breakfast was terrible hardly anything except a piece of cake. when asking for a taxi they said it wasn’t possible to order one in advance but that they would call one when ready even though we were worried the taxi would be late therefore the possibility of missing our train.

The hotel is in very dirty part of the city.The rooms are old and walls are paper thin. O don't care for the lime scale, but there was only one outlet. Also, out window got stuck open. Also, be aware that in Rome you have to pay additional tax for stay.

The hotel is a bit dated, however this was not a problem. I didn't like the temperature in the room (too hot), with apparent lack of possibility to control it except by opening the window (as the temperature control seemed broken/not working). The breakfast room was very cold. Breakfast was fair, but the quality of coffee/cappuccino needs improvement.

The location was convenient for my needs, the reception staff was kind and quick at check-in and check-out, bed and pillows as well as the room size

The hotel did not meet my expectations. The rooms didn't match the pictures on the page and were extremely outdated. The bed was also extremely small, even though we booked a double bed.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Shower does not work, the watet was either is cold or boiling. The hotel definitely needs some manteinance.

The breakfast is quite decent and its included on the price.

it is quite a far and uphill walk from the metro. the a/c in our room didn’t work and the pillows were quite thin.

the staff in reception specially Claudia, and in the restaurant I forgot to ask her name but there is an amazing and kind blond lady in the breakfast. exceptional service they provided

The breakfast was very poor: only one salami/cheese, no vegetables. The “dolci” is great, but the salty breakfast…?!

The window was broken and did not close completely, the heating system did not work, the Wi-Fi was very bad, the lamps in the room were all broken except for one, the pillow was very inappropriate, the bathroom was very old and inappropriate.The curtain in the room was very dirty

• The hotel was dirty. We noticed this from the moment we checked in and went into the elevator. The elevator rug was filthy and extremely dirty. That’s not the end. We got into our room and the bed sheets were stained with what we believe is “semen”. It was disgusting. • The bathroom was faulty. We had a shower and the entire bathroom was filled with water. We had to put some towels on the floor to dry the pool of water we had in the bathroom. Btw we stayed in room 216. • The room doesn’t have a charging station close to the bed side. This is very surprising to me because it’s the first hotel I’ve been in that you can only charge your phones or devices close to the room door. It’s unbelievable. • There was a party in the hotel and it was very loud. They finished late into the night. That wasn’t very nice

The property was close to where we had our two day event and that’s why we booked the hotel in the first place. The breakfast was fine. It wasn’t bad really, they had variety of food and a open breakfast till 10am

It was to cold there was no heating at all during the night . Only in the morning from like 7-8 am to 9-10 and in the evening for a maximum of 2 h from 7pm -7.30 to 9 om or so. The resturant was also frezing.

Nothing worth mentioning, standard hotel except the was no heating during the night in winter
