Good location next to a wonderful pabble beach. Also next to the small village Scopello where you can have a good diner.

There is no air conditioner in the bedroom. The boiler was leaking a bit, you get your back wet during sitting on the white rock. The microwave is partially broken, the dish doesn't spin. The wall between you and neighbours (the house is split in two) is paper thin. A lot of mosquitos in evening. A wall has mold in the children room. It was hard to meet the host because they use not a map but photos to explain where is the meeting point.

The location is superb. You can't see the sea well from the yard but you are very close to it. The village is private and we felt very safe there. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Good shower. The internet is good. All tableware you might need, except a good kitchen knife. Walkable distance to the town (20 mins) and to the market (40 mins) but keep in mind we walk a lot on daily basis. The elevation to the hill is pretty big about 120 meters.

The mosquito screens were torn in places. There was no screen on the bunk bed room. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, just outside in the hallway. The interior was a little unappealing, but we felt it made up for that outside. The outdoor shower was lovely

Location next to a little beach was amazing. Hosts were very receptive and replied promptly to any concerns we had.

Alas Scopello has become "discovered" so maybe not good in peak season. There was some confusion when we extended a day, communication at agency or to us not clear. However the check in persons are lovely. You need to be "on" the bizarre trash/recycling plan, unlike any I have encountered. What I don't like is I am not there right now!!

This is one of my happiest places on earth! I am always grateful to this housing group when an apartment is available. The location is perfect, short walk through pines to a small pebble beach with clear water and two delightful food/drink stands ( also umbrellas/beds to rent).

The location is excellent, the nearest in the area towards a beautiful pebble beach. The hosts are very supportive and proactive; you can count on them for additional information in order to make your holiday as you desire. The accommodation area is a peaceful and comfortable one, yet close to plenty of Sicilian attractions.

The couch smelled a bit so we had to cover it with a sheet and the floors were a little sticky from cleaning liquid but we still loved staying here and will come back.

We would recommend a stay here. The property managers are very proactive with their communication and responsive. The place also has all the cooking and beach equipment you need (aside from beach towels). The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the local markets are a treat. We also found the property to have a private feel in spite of sharing a wall and driveway with another unit.

Being similar to a botanical garden, you’re also going to enjoy all types of insects, including mosquitoes and ants. The road that leads to the beach is very close, so there is a bit of noise in the morning and afternoon.

The unit had pretty much everything you could need, but the decor was drab and depressing. To be fair, we are not a self-catering kind of couple, so it was not really a place we enjoyed coming home to each day. I think it would be a fine spot for a family with a couple of kids to enjoy the nearby beach.

Proximity to the beach and Scopello. Spacious apartment and nicely equipped kitchen (except only coffee maker was a Moka). The staff were very pleasant and helpful!

The location was very quiet in a gated community with lovely gardens. The property was in good condition with many facilities in the kitchen for self catering. A walk up the hill to the village took about 25 minutes on quiet roads. The walk from the property to the beach took less than 5 minutes and was very easy. The wifi worked well. The hosts were very helpful.

The bed in the master was very hard and not very comfortable.

This property is a gorgeous place to stay. Quiet and private, and so close to a beautiful beach. We immediately relaxed the minute we arrived. We absolutely loved our stay here.

The technical state is not that good. After we just unpacked we had a short circuit somewhere. shortly after it the shower knob broke and the shower was continues streaming. after shutting the main valve it was off, but all the water was cutted off from then. the next day we where moved to the appartment next to it. pack in and out again. The wifi was down several times after seeing how it is installed, this doesnt wondered me, should be done properly otherwise this will occur more often. normally not a major issue, but the cell reception on this side of the hill was zero.

the Location is absolute perfect. 1 minute walk trough the garden to a lovely beach and very close to the south entrance of the Zingaro park and close to Castelmare del golfo. the property is nice with lots of privacy. The appartments are beautifull and perfect to go to with children.

the kitchen could have a little bit more tools bad luck the neighboors had 2 stupid dogs barking a lot and it was annoying days and nights. Should be prohibited because this is not relaxing for other people

Very good place, amazing location, if not the best. Sweet house and with aircon. It is overall pretty good. It is the closest possible to the reserve of Zingaro which is such an amazing place to go hike and discover The host is really nice and responding to help you around with anything.
