The spacious gardens are a plus, but there was a lot of (cat?) poop on the grass. That should be cleaned up more often.

The dinner at the restaurant was great, and the waiters were wonderful. There is a lot of space in the gardens.

The noise from private functions held next to hotel and at the hotel till late weren't appreciated . Smell of drainage at the entrance . The entrance metal ramp should be fixed as it makes a loud noise whenever you walk on it to enter hotel.

The garden for our dog enjoyed going around freely and safely without a leash every morning was a bonus !

Parking can be difficult. As a matter of fact parking and traffic in Palermo are nightmares. But this is not the property’s fault.

Comfortable big room. Nice breakfast. Nice location away from the city centre but with easy access to it by train and lots of local restaurants and shops nearby.

Bed was not very comfortable. There was a red nightlight above the bed that could not be switched off.

Hotel is quite far from the center and the bus stop so it is not easy to walk with luggage, we had to take a taxi to get there.

We liked the hotel area, the rooms are large, with a balcony, clean, well equipped. The reception staff are polite and helpful, especially Ronaldo. Nearby there are small restaurants and a supermarket with a fresh market.

It was like an oasis. Loved the garden. Bedroom clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. The food in the restaurant was good but a tad pricey for what it was. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Right next to an event centre, so there could be some noise where there’s an event. Luckily for us it didn’t finish too late. For our room the AC blows directly onto the bed which was a bit uncomfortable.

Free parking. Close to Monte Pellegrino, parks and Palazzina Cinese. Nice breakfast. Big room, comfortable garden environment and outdoor cocktail bar which is not overpriced. Dog friendly. Helpful staff (beside one in the breakfast area which proposed non-machine make coffee to everyone except us, perhaps because our Italian wasn’t good enough and he felt shy to speak to us?)

Mattress was getting a little old but it was adequate. Hotel has plenty of TV channels available but, as we found elsewhere in Italy, the only channels in English are European news channels. Not a big complaint but others should be aware. Palermo taxis are considered extremely expensive. We used "connectotransfer" service which was cheaper than the taxi.

Breakfast was amazing. Very few hot choices but many other choices available. An excellent bakery table. Lots of coffee choices. Beautiful room. Dinner was enjoyable with attentive service from Giovanni. A number of selections were available. Desserts were delightful. Most morning and dinner staff were excellent; only one employee who didn't care about giving service. Large bathroom, comfortable bedroom but not spacious. Lots of lights. Ours had a sunken, shared terrace as our room entry was below the main grounds level. It was a pleasant place to sit and read but near the pathway to the main lobby. The room faced the interior grounds. There is an elevator for those on upper floors with balconies. Not in the heart of Palermo but close to bus stops for those wanting to do sightseeing. Walkable area with park, gelateria, pharmacy, gas station, pizzerias, bakeries. We ate on the patio at Dolci Tentazione and next door to it at the Delizie Siciliane. About a 6-block is Strasbourg Street where there are many more options for dining plus a friendly bakery, Voglia di Pane, on the corner that is open in the mornings.

We got a room where the door is made of glass and it is the window of the room that did not face the garden, the air conditioner in the room was a little noisy and the service we received from the lady at the reception was not good.

The complex is beautiful and well maintained, the room is fine, satisfied us for one night

Room had mold and dead mosquito marks everywhere. Also the bathroom is too small for the price we paid

Breakfast was really good. The location made it easy to find parking spots and it's relatively close to both the center of the city and the beach.
