The rather brightly lit restaurant. Limited menu even more limited by the thunder storm... but we weren't sure why!

Location couldn't have been better to visit the royal palace. Staff very helpful.

Our room did not have any curtains or blinds, only a voile curtain, so the flashing light from the road could be seen in the night and this prevented us having a completely restful sleep.

The hotel was in a great location with good parking arrangements across the road. Room was very spacious with excellent shower facilities. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful. It was very easy to get to the Reggia which you could see from the hotel. Also it was approximately half hour away from Naples airport. Would definitely stay again.

    - Wi-Fi was weird: won't let you access gaming sites, kotaku.com or even facebook games. Just says "access blocked. Category: Game". Even VPN didn't help. Weird stuff.

Don't think could be better in any respect.

Lovely room, tastefully furnished, excellent bathroom facilities. Comfortable bed and breakfast was delicious. Location perfect near the Royal Palace (which is the most wonderful place to visit both inside and the fabulous gardens with beautiful water features ). Hotel staff polite, helpful and informatibe. Town centre with good shopping and great bars and restaurants also close by. All in all an extremely enjoyable stay. Would like to revisit.

There were a few signs of age/wear in the room, but it was quite minor overall

The staff were extremely helpful in answering questions & when we asked to store luggage they were happy to help... but then they even found a room ready for us to check into already! The location is excellent - under 5 minute walk to both the train station & palace. The room was very nice & clean. I was honestly surprised that such a nice hotel was so affordable, but I guess it's just because it's not such a popular tourist destination (which is a shame). The breakfast was your typical European hotel breakfast, except with local goodies (fresh mozzarella & pastries).

Free parking on the site is a bit misleading. There are only about five free spaces available. If there isn't room, one must go to the pay parking. I wasn't aware of this until after I had booked.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, right next to the Reggia and centrally located so I was able to walk arounf the centre easily. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Breakfast was bountiful and the room very comfortable and quiet.

Shower required a very good scrub! Not a great bed and lumpy pillows. Breakfast only ok. Very small room in 545. This is not really a four star hotel by our standards although the price was higher than we had been paying. We had many better and bigger places for less money. It's all about the location close to station and palace.

Finally a hotel in southern Italy that adequately provides all basic (internationally) expected services. Good service at the 24hr reception. Comfortable bed and a big room (might have gotten an upgrade without telling us). Breakfast is unitalian good (Italian food is good, but breakfast is always very limited).

4-stars hotel and almost mediteraneen breakfast? Limited Carparking at the hotel so you need to use the €8 a day one across the road.

Exceeded my expectations. This is a wonderful hotel and an excellent value for italian standards. It is standard with a beautiful bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Cross the street to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta. Just 10 parking spaces out front but there is a commercial parking lot right across the street. Don't complain, there is nowhere to park in all of Italy it seems. It was quite quiet. Service and the food were both very good. In the morning the breakfast was not so good as I expected. If you are looking for a place to stay before leaving via Naples airport this is a great option. The hotels around the airport are in a terrible area and transportation to the airport is problematic and expensive. Drive time from Caserta to Naples airport is theoretically 40 minutes but of course you need to leave considerable extra time for traffic issues and just finding your way.

In general the Hotel is far from 4 star standards. The location is nice but if you are going to visit Naples, Pompei or Sorrento, it is not a good choice at all. 45min drive. Many photos on Booking.com or Hotel website are far from the reality. The breakfast is poor with low quality foods and breads and limited choices. Every time you need to remind the waiters their job to bring you hot water, breads, eggs etc. They are not well trained. They put Jacquzzi as standard equipement of Superioir rooms but they have only 2 superior rooms with jacquzzi and the rest have only the shower.

The personel are polite, at your service and cooperative. They try their best to respond to your requests.
