    Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, unique setting

    Hot water was very inconsistent. It would be nice if there were laundry facilities maybe in the common area

    while we do not have a communal laundry area, we do offer access to a washing machine for a small additional fee. Please feel free to ask us directly next time — we're happy to help!

    We took bikes from the hotel to ride to town. In the piazza the bikes were stolen! The landlady charged us 800£ for the 6 years old used bikes! She wasn't ready to any compromises and her son was rude and said that we are wasting his time. We left the place with a very bad feeling. It seems that the only thing that matters to that family is money!

We take your comments very seriously and have thoroughly reviewed this situation internally. It is unfortunate that our bicycles were stolen and we understand how frustrating and upsetting this can be. However, we remind every guest that bicycles, and especially mountain bikes, must be locked with a lock. Our bikes are available free of charge and we ask that it be locked. As soon as it is not locked, as in your case, we unfortunately have to charge for it, because the insurance will drop out. We have taken a lot of time for you, I am very sorry if after three days of discussions and compromise I have given you the feeling of being unfriendly or have not shown any understanding, unfortunately this was not the case. We would like to emphasize that your experience with us is not the norm and we are very sorry that you had to leave with a negative feeling. We too have never had a case like yours.     A great concept of staying at a palace. Nice ping pong table. Great homemade apple juice

    Dirty glasses and plates. We had to wash everything before using it. Uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. The owner asks to sort all the rubbish, however they do not provide rubbish bags, nor rubbish bins. No dish washer, no kitchen/table napkins. In fact, for the price they ask, they could have equipped the apartment better. Enough hot water for one person. As for the family we had to take turns every 30 minutes, which is not really convenient.
