Location is perfect, as well as the stuff. Due the the water problem, they gave as the room in hotel above. The bed was uncomfortable but everything else was great!

There was no Wi-Fi (we asked for a password, but it didn't work either), room service, bar, 24-hour reception, convenience store, vending machine, as the services were incomprehensible in our case. As you can read on Booking.com, "Italian breakfast is served every morning at the accommodation" is just a cliché.

The accommodation is in a great location, the room is clean and has minimalist equipment. The possibility of breakfast was not mentioned.

The room was very small; the bathroom door could not all the way because it hit the foot of the bed. There were no public spaces at this B&B. The host gave us two tickets to be used at a nearby cafe for “breakfast” while telling us they don’t usually provide breakfast. (Then why call yourself a Bed and Breakfast????) At the cafe, we were told we could only get coffee and a croissant with the ticket; coffee was fine, but the croissant was stale. The heating and air conditioning would only work with the room key in the slot under it, which was about 15 feet from the door and across the bed; in an emergency, this would be a dangerous situation.

The apartment was on the main street in Catania, so close to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. Lots of passagiatta activity. There was an elevator.

Everything. Bed cover was dirty. Host would not give wifi password. He put it in your phone so if you went out of building it was lost. Room was old and felt unclean.

The location is amazing and I mostly liked the comfortable mattress that let's you sleep soundly.Bus stop for ALIBUS to the airport (20-25min) is right opposite the facility which is great.

A good classic Italian breakfast. Double Espresso and a cream filled croissant. Central location on the main Street with view of Etna at the end. Balcony good for people watching.

Not clean. Not maintained. Tissues, shampoo and shower gel were provided upon request! The bed was damaged, it sinks in its middle! Towels are only changed every other day. Broken shower door, water seeps out to reach under the bed.
