Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicThere was s bit too hot during nights and we have not manage to change it by air conditioning control. I still do not get why mini bar drink prices are so high. So we better went out for a drink.
We stayed in Superior room and it was perfect to us. Nice room, comfy bed, spacy and clean bathroom. Make sure you do not miss breakfasts as they are really really nice. But in case you do not need much in the morning there is a bistro just next corner. The place opposite the Station is a bit busy, but it is so handy to be so close if you plan like us to go to Firenze or sea side. There were doubled glass balcony doors, so it was completely quiet during nights. But we kept them closed of course. All the hotel staff we met were really professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

United KingdomThe water pressure on the 5th floor is just or what it should be to have hot powerful shower these days.
Upgrade to suite, having paid for a family room. Great having 2 bathrooms. Having stayed in a family room only a few days earlier this was much better. The AC worked very well and the bed was better.

PortugalThe shower had very little water pressure unfortunately. There were no power outlets next to the beds, and one of two at the desk only worked if the lights were turned on. Charging devices was a challenge. We could hear basically every sound from corridors and even other rooms, doors shutting, people talking and tv's. Also, although the Hotel's in a great location for travellers, the Central Station area tends to get a lot of unsavoury characters, which might make you feel unsafe at times. There was one more thing I that happened that we believe only did happen out of confusion from one of the staff: Check out usually is at 12h and our flight was only at around 20h00. Now if you need to be 2h early to the airport, that makes it so you have to leave around 17h30 or even 18h from the hotel (it is really a quick shuttle ride away). Since we're carrying big luggage we asked if there was any luggage storage at the hotel so we can at least go and have lunch and stroll for a bit outside the hotel while we wait to go to the airport. A member of staff at the hotel told us at check in, that wasn't possible since they didn't have any luggage storage space - they did not provide that service - but we were free to hang around the hotel's lounge. The next day we asked another member of staff which told us that yes, they could hold it for us and on check out they took care of our luggage and even gave us a luggage stub with a proper deposit number and everything. So it made no sense the previous interaction.
The hotel is located right in front of the Pisa Central Station, which for travellers making a quick stop to visit the Tower of Pisa or just passing through to other destinations is quite alright. Since you can get to the airport through the Station or just anywhere else by train, its location is quite good. We didn't get breakfast when making a reservation, but the Staff recommended it during check in and we're glad they did as it is incredible, tons of variety - the scrabbled eggs and the bacon are top quality - juices, yogurt, breads - focaccia's to die for - chocolate croissants, it was all very good. The staff gave us 1h late checkout for free!
