The breakfast was really not that great: only a few sweet things, eggs and some sliced cheese. Coffee was sub-par (from some machine) and the orange juice .... From concentrate (in the land of the oranges!). The room is rather small (ok for the price, I guess). When we got there it was a bit chilly and the air conditioning didn't seem to give heat, only fan or cold air. On top, the blankets were meh, a bit thin. There were no cups or glasses in the room to enjoy a wine on the balcony :(. But the staff was friendly and gave us some cups, as well as a wine opener ^^.

I think all their rooms have a view over the see, especially if you're on the 3rd floor. It is relatively close to Ortigia (15 min walk)

    Poor internet and uncomfortable bed.

There is only wifi in common areas, not in the rooms.

The hotel is very conveniently located, 10 minutes walk from Ortigia (main touristic attractions) and 15 minutes walk from the Roman Theatre and Archeological Park, just a block away from the train station. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby area. Pieces of furniture are cheapy for the 3 star hotel but this issue doesn't worry me much.

Location is great, staff are very good, roof top is very good with view.the room is spacious with high ceiling.

The extra blanket was a bit dirty.

The staff was helpful with parking and giving directions. Honestly there is not much you can say about this hotel as it is so average in every sense - not bad, not too good either.

Money has been stolen from the hotel room. When I reported this theft, the hotel insisted that it is not responsible for any belongings left in the room. The hotel did not help in this matter.

The breakfast was good. Refurbishment of the room was up to standard although it was noisy in the early morning.

The bathroom was really old. The little balcony/terrace we had was full with tanks and you could easily walk to the neighbor's room. The walls were too thin so we heard out neighbors all the time. The terrace were we had breakfast was not air-conditioned and thus way too hot.

The breakfast was good and we liked the coffee much.

For the price, it was very good.

The hotel is in an excellent location near bus and train stations. It is also almost equidistant between Siracuse's main tourist sites, both within walking distance. Also, the breakfast was good with lots of choice.

The neighbourhood wasn't very beautiful because of the stations but nothing scary happened anyway. Room was little bit shabby, but clean.

Railway and bus stations were very near which was good as i came by bus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Worth of its price.

Slight improvements such as door hooks on bathroom doors, more electrical sockets in the room and some ham for breakfast.

The location was perfect - right next to bus and train station and a 10 minute walk to the old part. The room was very comfortable being large, having a spacious bathroom and shower, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, and good air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. The efficient lift to all floors, nice breakfast area with sea views.

Staff very nice, friendly, helpful and child-friendly; location very handy for bus station - important for us as we were travelling with children and heavy luggage. There was absolutely >nothing< pleasant. The Bedroom was Freezing Cold, with No Winter Curtains. The Bed was similar to a camping bed. Electrical sockets were not working properly, and the electrical sockets in the bedroom that were available caused the Electricity Main Switch to Blow out. Never again would be too soon to stay in this Cold hotel. The first bedroom which I was assigned was Extremely Damp. When I complained, the receptionest said "..it just needed airing, and open the window!" At this time of year with the night temperture at approximately 5C, it was > not < appropriate for the receptionest to direct a guest to leave the window open, in such night cold temperture. The Dampness of this "central" hotel was due to water leaks! AVOID this "hotel" at all costs, if you wish to protect your Health!

Good aircon, good WiFi but you need to be in reception, brilliant location, near the bus station and train station. Wife found the bed too hard, but I found it ok. Wife found it too noisy from other guests talking in the corridor and from traffic, but I found it ok. Plenty of parking if you subsequently hire a car. Got plenty of help from the female receptionists who could speak good English, but when the guys took over for the weekend shift, they could not speak English, so were unable to communicate with us.
