At 11pm it took us a couple of looks to determine this was the hotel. It occupies. one floor of a several level building, there is a different hotel on the next floor. It would be useful to advise that in the communication. Just a comment not a negative.

The staff were good, friendly at breakfast despite our lack of Italian. The location was a 500m? walk from the bus station where we caught the airport bus. Easy walking from the hotel to sights, shops and the market. The night manager was very helpful.

There was no kettle in the room. The breakfast was fairly minimal (lots of cakes but no eggs or fresh fruit) but that was reflected in the low price - but on the plus side they did serve excellent decaf coffee!

The location in Palermo's historic centre was great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful. Although the hotel is on the upper floor of a large building there is a lift, important for us as we both had large suitcases! Hotel Reception was open 24 hours. There was a laundry directly across the street which washed our clothes in a few hours. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Palermo.

Parking was a challenge. Street was dirty, noisy, busy but inside room was quiet thankfully. Trash cans next to building were over flowing with trash. Never cleaned up.

Our room was on the ground floor, close to the reception. In the morning or at any time of the day you can hear a lot of noise, making it a little difficult to sleep. We are also not allowed to have control of the air conditioning with us. So if you want to turn it on or off, or even change the temperature, you need to ask reception. The staff was nice, but on our first day we had problems with the hotel manager who was very rude to us. But other than that, our trip was pleasant.

The property has a good location, near to the city centre and restaurants. You can do everything walking.

You get what you pay for essentially and so I wasn't expecting anything too flash. One suggestion is possibly having some fruit with the buffet breakfast.

Staff we're very friendly and helpful. Made me feel welcome and safe as a solo traveller :) The location was also really convenient! Super close walk to Palermo's main historic attractions and the central bus/train station. It's also on a main street, which is handy.

This hotel is housed in an old building and has certain problems that have already been mentioned by other guests.

The hotel is close to the main attractions and very close to the main railway station. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the night shift.

The hotel, as the name suggests, is centrally located. Staff were very helpful in advising on restaurants, booking a cab to get to the airport, and responding to a request for a change of room, as the original one was not well separated from the lobby area.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel del Centro is close to the train station and close to the city center were most of attraction, churches and restaurant are. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is clean ,the room spacious and so the bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel has good option. The hotel is quiet and we slept really well, our room had two balcony. There is a receptionist 24 hours. Staff is very friendly,and extremely helpful. Staff customers service are at a level of a 5 star hotel. The quality of of the service, the position of accomodation , and the cleaning standard make this hotel an excellent value for the money . There is also a lift.

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from Statione Centrale so handy for getting to the airport, etc. It is also an easy walk to Palermo's main attractions. Despite being on the busy Via Roma we were not disturbed by noise from the street. The reception staff were very helpful and breakfast was provided cheerfully at a small additional charge. There were many eating out possibilities nearby as well as food shops and all types of other shops.

Hotel Centro is very well located for all major sights in Palermo, as well as being close to many restaurants and the central rail station. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. I would happily recommend and return.
