Quite noisy because of the big street nearby. Bathroom furniture is quite tired. Breakfast is very poor.

Free private parking. Must have in Naples. Staff is very friendly. Our room was very spacious, with balcony. Public transport stations are nearby. Free fast wi-fi.

The bunk beds mattresses weren´t comfortable, however in the king and single beds there were nice ones (mattresses). One of the receptionists (the oldest one) did not speak English - the youngest men did speak English quite well! The place where you can park your car is small - fits no more than 10 cars approximately

Breakfast - there wasn't a lot of variety, however it was enough for a breakfast (Toasts, Bread, Capuchino/Milk/Coffe/Tea, Jam (Strawberry, Peach, Honey), Butter, Chocolate/Stuffed Croissant, Muesli/Cereal Flakes, Orange and Wild Berry Juices, Natural and Flavoured Yogurt, Pudding and Cake).

The breakfast might be more variety. Shower furniture needs to be partly renovated.

This is a small hotel close to two train stations of two different train systems: station Leopardi and station Fuorigrotta. From Fuorigrotta you can go to public beach at stations Bagnioli or Gerolomini (this is better). From/to port you can take direct bus 151. You also can take this bus to go from the hotel to the central station and to high number of places of interest. There is a big supermarket MD situated directly near the hotel. A room has good conditioning, fridge and good towels. Booking.com gave good price for the hotel. These are why I like staying there.

The hotel description on booking requires an update regarding the metro station reaching point. Lala metro stop which is the nearest to the hotel has been closed and is no longer functioning (Metro Linea 6).You should know this and take metro linea 2 and get off at Leopardi metro stop. Noisy room, overlooking to the main street (if you are given this kind of room).

The room was clean and large enough with a big bathroom. The reception staff gave us a map and information about the city, which was helpful. Breakfast was good.

    - Gentle personnel - Great value for money accomodation - 10 min walk to Leopardi Train Station - Quiet and clean room - Quick check in/out - Nice air condition facility - Spacious room and large bed. Also clean sheets and blankets.

Surrounded by 3 rooms of teenagers who were disrespectfully loud all night. The place has hostel style rooms which are next to the cosy double rooms. What we thought would be the perfect night turned into the worst of the holiday =(

Part of my reason for choosing this hotel was that it says that it's a 5-minute walk from Lala Metro Station... not knowing Naples, I didn't realise that this line wasn't running, which caused a few issues! A heads up would have been appreciated. Check in wasn't very friendly, he seemed more interested in talking to his friends and no information about breakfast or finding things locally. The room was OK, but was a twin with the beds pushed together, not a double as I had booked. It was also very noisy at night. Breakfast was poor, only a limited offering of sweet things, which constantly run out. The juice was fizzy squash and you have to ask for coffee... when I dared asked for a second cup I was given a look that would have made Mr Bumble proud!

The area felt safe and the room was clean and a good size, but it didn't live up to the pictures on here, much more tired and old fashioned. There are plenty of great Pizzeria's nearby for a cheap dinner and it's about a 5/10 minute walk to a train station (Piazza Leopardi) into the centre of Naples. Wi-fi was good. It was OK for the price I paid.

very friendly and helpful staff, decent room, good wifi, decent breakfast, free private parking, very cheap for the high season in Naples (but dont forget the city tax is not included on the booking price). overall, we were happy. good value for money!

Very old rooms, first room was dirty, bathroom held in place with sticky tape and masking tape, mold in the bathroom and overall dirty. Changed to another room which was somewhat better but still moldy bathroom. At least no masking tape holding the shower door in place. Breakfast not too great and coffee machine broke, when something is finished it's a matter of too bad. Would not recommend the stay.

All the “positive” aspects mentioned by the previous reviewers, which made me staying in this hotel, are actually minor points. In my opinion, you might be keen to look at this hotel only if you are on a very-very limited budget – overall, it is not a place for reasonable people to spend a night. Everything, except minor points mentioned in “positives”, is awful. We were accommodated in a very "smoky" room – upon our complains, there were no other rooms which were “less” smelly available on our arrival, therefore, we had to wait until they become available next day. The rooms are very small and the shower/toilet compartment urgently needs a refurbishment (in both room which we occupied). A major point of criticism is a, so-called, breakfast – if you want to start your day in a good mood, do not consider that this hotel will provide breakfast – just go to a nearby café. If you want to have a slice of cheese or salami, you need to be at the kitchen by 8 o’clock; if you come at 8:30, you can only enjoy an overcooked and oversweet croissant; a highly diluted juice (better say – a beverage) and begging for bread (panini). Those who believe this hotel is a good value for money, should think first what is a sensible value and then, whether you want to spend any money for such a low value.

There are two important points that make this hotel somehow competitive with the other places – (i) staff is indeed friendly and very helpful; (ii) there is a secure parking (that is important for Napoli), but it is very challenging to park your car on the roof of this tiny hotel – moreover, it should not be a positive aspect as it is not sensible for foreigners (especially, for British who are driving in the opposite direction) to rent a car and drive in Napoli – it’s a nightmare – simply, don’t do it

The location is exceptional, there is a metro near by and bus station in front of the hotel, best pizzeria (pizza di Napoli) in the area and a free and very safe parking. The apartment had balcony, was clean, cleaned every day and the sheets were changed every day. The breakfast was great but every day the same sweet breakfast. The stuff was so friendly and very helpful. All in all great value for the money.

Rooms were dark. Bathroom was so-so. Very noisy! Wi-fi was good signal but very bad quality. Breakfast was delicious but very small.

Parking is definately the best thing in this hotel. Free of charge, big enough, in the backyard, safe enough to go with a car in Napoli. Don't ever park your car on the street or you may not find it anymore! Extremely dangerous for foreign cars. You can even look at the local cars how they locked the steering wheels. The hotel itself - we were expecting more. Not very bright, not very clean (or at least it looked like this). The breakfast was very delicious (home-made croissants) but very small. Wi-fi was good signal but very bad quality, free of charge. Location is good if travelling with car because you can leave the car and take the metro which is 2-3 mins away from the hotel and then it takes around 8-10min to the center.
