It would be good to have a washing machine in the apartment but this was not a major issue.

Pietro met us in person which was wonderful. He is such a warm, friendly and courteous person and immediately put us at our ease. He was very thoughtful and the most responsive, helpful host we have met to date. He went over and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and dealt with any problems immediately. We would definitely stay at his property again.

The location is great (8-10min from the city centre), it's very clean and the room was fully equipped with all modern comforts, including a coffee machine, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom! Ask the owners for their recommendations for food and drinks in Bologna! Their recommendations are definitely worth it. I would 100% come here again 👍.

The location is the perfect one to explore Bologna and have everything on a walking distance. The flat was clean, fully renovated and had everything we needed and more. The host was excellent and provided all info we needed and more. A variety of food and goodies were available for breakfast. It was a perfect stay! I fully recommend and definitely we will stay there again!

Everything was superb! I could not reccommend this flat enough! Spacious, tidy, very comfortable bed, has everything you would need on a holiday (even food in the fridge!!) :) The owner was very happy to help with everything and responsive during our stay via Whatsapp.

The apartment is simply charming; perfectly/centrally located with a walking distance to main street for shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. Very quiet with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed having the restaurants right downstairs for a dinner, and also having plenty of coffee with nice breakfast in the apartment. The breakfast supplies (and drinking water) provided by the host, which was very convenient, considerant and lovely. The host Pietro was friendly, helpful and very service-minded for ensure we had a nive stay - thank you for that! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this apartment for couples, single-travellers or friends/colleagues who don’t mind sharing the bed ☺️

Location was perfect, short walk to main square.plenty of restaurants in immediate area.Our host was wonderful , we met at the beautiful apartment ,we had plenty of meat , bread yogurt tea coffee and more for our 3 day stay breakfasts. We had a problem with the boiler, which our host sorted out very quickly. We would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment again.

What a lovely place, I booked 2 nights but I wished I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and located just above the restaurants, close to the city centre. The fridge even had some things for breakfast is it and a small bottle of wine that I unfortunately didn’t got to try, next time I will! The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows that give a luxurious feeling. Did I mention the record player ?, that I also didn’t get to use.. also next time! I made use of Pietro his pick up service (€25) which is very convenient if you arrive in the evening and don’t want any hassle. I will come back to Bologna and this apartment again :)

Excellent service. Warm welcome with useful recommendations given. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Lavish breakfast provided (a variety of salami, eggs, yoghurt, drinks, sweets ready in the fridge). Amazing location in the very city centre. Entire stay was exceptional, it has been our best stay yet. Would love to return anytime in the future.

There was temporary reconstruction going on on the floor where we were but it was not a problem as we were out most of the day.

Pietro was very accommodating and helped us feel very at home. He assisted with a few recommendations I asked him about. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well and is spacious. There was snacks in the fridge which was nice after flying in to Bologna and rushing to the flat. Very quite flat even though we were above a Main Street. Nicely located as we walked everywhere to see Bologna.

The apartment was very clean & very well appointed. It is a very well look after & everything worked. The apartment was bigger than it appeared on the photograph. It had a handy balcony & superb noise insulation which blocked out any noise from the road below
