The lift of the building.

The room was really nice, but the lift of the building it’s not reliable, don’t looks strong, is really dangerous, for the rest things was amazing.

If you didn't get up early then the shower was luke warm not hot but was useable , also due to not being sound proofed you could hear people in the corridors coming and going but wasnt a problem for us.

Room was clean , the bed was comfy, it was right by Termini and close to all attractions as well as the metro and buses , restaurants and bars everywhere ... It was cheap but we only slept there , we only wanted a bed and a shower. The location and price was key and also having a comfy bed to sleep after all the walking we did.

It’s dangerous late at night and early in the morning at 5am. We had only one plug and one USB charge in our room. It’s noisy at night, you can hear receptionist talking and its not soundproof. The door of the shower had a part of it missing and the bathroom was very small but in the room itself.

Location is perfect, near bus stations, near train station as well. Restaurants everywhere near the hotel. We had clean towels everyday.

1. The shower had not much water and was a bit clunky 2. We had to argue a bit to get the bikes in. In the end all was ok.

The hotel is situated close to the railway station, perfect for a short night and small budget with small expectations. On the second floor, we had to take two heavy bikes up, but the elevator did the job.

I had an issue at around 3am of my first night. I was awaken and saw someone trying to enter the room by forcing the handler. I didn't inform the staff on the same day because I was afraid, buy did so later (especially when this fact happened twice again, but during the day and I thought it was the cleaning lady at these times). Anyway, the staff took notes, listened to me with full attention and said they'd take the proper actions to avoid things like that in the future.

The hotel staff is incredible. All of them are very polited and helpful. The bedroom was huge and comfortable. Perfect location, despite a little dangerous at night. I'd stay again gladly.

Noise from street, not much facilities in side the room. Not even a kettle for hot water. One un reliable elevator. One poor tourist got stuck inside while we were waiting for our turn for elevator . Rooms are on 6th floor not easy to walk up.
