It woould have been good if there was the facility to was some clothes. Tea & Cofee making facility in the room like most other hotels would have been good. A little cooked food for sale would have been very good.A

The friendlyness of the staff was very good.

The hotel is a bit remote from the city centre (about 20 mins walk from the bars). The shower cabin is a bit small in the single room, but it's not bad.

Nice ambient with clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms very nice for a three star hotel. The hotel offers a simple but okay breakfast (included in the price), which does the trick to start your day. Conegliano is good place to have as HQ when visiting the Prosecco Area.

More smiling could be great! :D and maybe bigger awareness that people have arrived for breakfast and would like coffee or tea :) and when arrived for the breakfast later there were no fresh bread or croissant (just packed bread left). Quite disappointing.

Extra helpful staff as arrived late and needed ironing board and iron to get ready our clothing for the wedding next morning. Room was spacious and clean; everything needed.

Loved the friendly staff, heating was regulated in the room, breakfast was excellent and they even served it before time which was great. Parking was right outside.

Wi- fi in the rooms MUST be improved.

The hotel is near to everything - I used my car, but actually you don't need to have a car to visit all parts of Conegliano. I would give 11 stars to all hotels which welcome dogs - so big thanks to the staff (special thanks to Stefano who tried to chear me up with his great Prosecco :-)

If you have no car, you have to depend from the taxi service to move around, and this can become expensive. Otherwise you can take a bus. With a private car, there is no problem at all. G.

The Hotel has an elegant flair, the owners are helpful and nice, the food and prosecco are both very good. Conegliano and this hotel offer a very useful basis both for trips to the Dolomites or to Venice. G.
