Metal stairs made squeaky noise little bit when you use stairs.

The booking process, nightmare, and the only thing keeping me from giving it my highest rating. It was cumbersome and unnecessarily complex. I was especially upset with the ask for kids identification details. Not good at all. Fortunately, the staff rose above the poor process and were fully supportive and professional. But the process should be reviewed and improved.

The location and property were great. Nice and clean, and right in the middle of the city and restaurants. And the bathroom, 5 stars by itself😎.

Smell in a bathroom probably because the building is old. Not enough space for garbage sorting. Also there were no working batteries in remote to air conditioner.

Location, near the city centre and railway station. Comfortable as it was equipped with all needed stuff for kitchen and bathroom, it was easy to prepare and cook the food, store it in a fridge, use dishwasher and washing machine. Also we got a small set of kitchen supplies what was handy during our stay.

Excellent location in the heart of city but still nice and quiet street. Very good instructions for self check in. Also very good digital infobook of what to do at the Como, restaurants etc. Nothing negative to say about this appartment. Very nice!

My one point of feedback is to offer more toilet paper and dishwasher tablets for multi-night visitors

This place was an absolute gem. As nice as the pics showed. The kitchenette was well stocked, the shower spacious, and the entire studio was impeccably clean. Staff were easily available on WhatsApp. The bed is fairly hard which is nice considering it's typically very hot in Como

Location perfect less than 5 minutes walk to the central square, 10 minutes to the train station. It was also quiet. Lots of shops and excellent restaurants/bars on the doorstep.

The staff is very communicative, didn’t meet them because they work everything online and give u the guide how to enter the house. Like everything in the apartment. Everything was organised plus was very comfortable, the house is nearly in the center so u can access all the ferry and buses.

Excellent location for access to train station and to the rest of Como. Cingue Giornate becomes a main street that takes you right down to the Duomo in 10 minutes. However, despite being right at street level, it was very quiet for sleeping. Security was good - an outer locked door to gain access to the two suites, and a good solid door to the apartment - both accessed with codes rather than keys so just remember to put the codes in your phone. Lovely old town area with lots of historic buildings, ittle shops and also larger chain type stores. It was very pleasant to take a stroll around every evening as so many people did. The apartment was perfect - just as pictured and described - kitchen was well supplied to meet basic needs if you like to do your own cooking. Nice set of newer dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. There is a Carrefour Market about 10 minutes away near the lake that is basically a full grocery store - I found everything I wanted there. (Its better than the smaller Carrefour Express stores that have very limited choice.) The bed was very comfortable and the loft bedroom was very large, lots of closet space if you have a longer stay. Nice bathroom with modern fixtures. The hosts provide a welcome package including a package of pasta which was delicious, and even a bottle of what I think was champagne - don't drink so left it for the next person : ) The hosts were very responsive - when I arrived the air conditioning wouldn't turn on but the host communicated quickly with me over Whatsapp and we were able to identify the problem to be a tripped breaker - easy to find and reset with their photos in the Guest Directory (they put alot of effort into their online Guest Directory - provided so much helpful information) and the AC worked great after that - probably the best AC I have encountered in my European travels! All in all I really liked this place - very good features for what I think is a reasonable price for a place like Como.

The directions to reach the apartment were very clear and accompanied with pictures. Communication with the host was fast and pleasant. The apartment was clean and well renovated, and in a great location to explore the city. We could certainly come back here again.

Location was excellent, not exactly in the centre so away from the noise but only a few min wall before you reach the main area. The staff was very helpful throughout the stay. All the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
