The neighborhood is rough. Not the host's fault. Dirty, garbage everywhere on the streets. The shower head needed to be held the whole time using it. It would be nice to be able to hang it up while showering. The beds were comfortable but the bedding was quite old. I'd suggest update the bedding to newer more neutral colors.

We didn't stay in our originally booked location, but were moved to another property because of maintenance issues. Maria was so friendly and helpful getting us checked in. The location was very convienient to the Central Train Station.

The room was nice, had all essential equpiment and was located very close to one of the central stations of Naples (which is ideal for tourists who want to visit places nearby). The host was extremely helpful and shared with us some recommendations of the best places to eat and visit around and tips on how to get there :) We had flexibility with the check in and storing the luggage after check out, and also, she was ready to help at any point.

Just to be aware that in this area of Naples particularly there are issues with the rubbish.

Maria was brilliant so helpful gave us all the best places to go, she was there every day the room was spotless, the air con much needed worked extremely well, the location is central and you really feel like you're living like a local.

The check-in was really good. The lady was so friendly and gave us lots of ideas of where to go, places to eat and showed us all of this as well as the local supermarket all on a map that she gave us. The next day, she checked that everything was okay.

Although the host lady was nice, I would say i felt unhappy to pay extra 20 euro for thr late check in at 11:30 p.m., which was not claimed on the bill when you BOOKing online. So take care of your arriving time!!! Also, you won't feel safe at the first two, three nights about the neighboring there. But I guess it is the problem of the Naples itself. If i got the chance to visit Naples again, I would rather pay more and live nearby the castle dell'Ovo for example. At least, I found fewer homelss people there, and cleaner streets.

It was 56 steps we had to climb to get up there we wouldn't have mind it if it wasn't so hot! We knew ahead of booking though that was the case so it wasn't their fault. In hindsight we should have kept the smaller room with the bathroom inside the room it was kind of inconvenient every time we had to go unlock relock the doors at our age we need our own bathroom in the room not outside, but the room was nice, clean, plenty of towels and the AC worked very well. I would recommend it to younger people if they are traveling by train is very close to the station

The location was excellent very close to train station. The room was clean air conditioning working very well, we had an electric kettle. We were supposed to have the small room but the woman in charge asked us if we wanted the bigger room without charging extra, we took it even though the bathroom was outside the room but it was very clean and she was very accomodating.

The toilet was clogging. Our host tried to solve the problem, but it keep clogging, so we used the toilet as minimum as we need to.

Our host Maria was very kind and helpfull. The appartment is situated 5 minutes walk from Central station, Food Hall and supermarket. Besides room with a private bathroom, we have a fridge and microware on our disposal in shared kitchen.

Water preassure was a nightmare, when set on the middle, we got a vary of either boiling hot or freezing cold water. The toilet's water tank was faulty, we could hear the noise all night even through closed doors.

The internet connection was poor in my room.

The hotel was in the center of Naples, very close to shops and public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and the area was quiet.

The host was very friendly,location was super communicative,it was near bars , cafes and restaurants and very quiet place. It's close to train and metro station ,which is for prefer. The host explain to us how to reach the most popular locations and give us a free map.

The owner is super friendly. There was the AC which is a must-have during summer in the south of Italy. The main station is very close which is convenient for reaching any destination by train or metro (which as every city gathers a specific group of people, but it didn't really feel unsafe). There was even an adapter for the electric socket available

The surrounding area around Cinquestelle is shady to say the least, and there are many homeless lying on the streets near the Napoli Centrale. The bunk beds can be a bit creaky, and the shower facilities may be old and require a bit of patience. If you can look past these points, the place is extremely worth the price.

Eugenio was very friendly and welcoming, giving us a brief introduction to the city, its attractions and its dining options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, even if they were slightly worn. The kitchen was free to use, and we regularly got food to-go and brought it back to eat. The location is just a 5 minute's walk from Napoli Centrale, and can be conveniently reached by both bus and the local train service.
