We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicWe did not like our room, old-school, "used", not good mattress and pillows. Room war overall very small and hotel is probably energy saving, because sometimes in the night there was such cold, the same in the afternoon when we came back from the slope, had a shower and need to be in cold room. There were no shelves in the wardrobe, just hangers for clothes. this room is not 4* for sure. I would expect also better breakfasts in terms of choice, eggs were cold almost every day. And what was really weird was guy on the reception who though that we do not understand Italian, so he talked negatively about clients...he could keep it for himself until people leave.
Most of the staff were simply great, supportive and nice. We liked the restaurant and wonderful dinners within half-board. Balcony and beautiful view from the room.

We understand the treatments and all the extras should be charged for but the pool only should be free the whole time. We got a free 1 hour when we were there as the lift was broken but I think the pool should be free the whole time.
Great hotel! It was clean, the rooms were a good size, the staff were EXCELLENT. The location was good if you are an average to good skier. If you are a beginner, get the yellow bus to area 17!

PolandThe swimming pool was closed and not working, it happened well in advance and lasted through the duration of our 4 day stay. I think guests should be advised about it before arriving so plans can be changed. Considering that the Swimming pool was a must have option when we were choosing the accommodation we were hoping on some discount to offset the disappointment . . the rooms are tidy but with our so called family room we could hear every noise from the ground floor, as well as all fumes from smoking area we're reaching our window so it had to be closed all times in the evening. We were on HB catering and so the dinners were quite nice but breakfasts were very repetitive and we had small e ham, egg and bred through the duration of our stay.

United KingdomOur room did go out into the car park. However, the view from our room was the valley which was lovely. Additionally, it is a little awkward to get the piste, you would have to get a bus.
Our room was warm and beautiful. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the spaces. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and cannot be faulted for their attention to detail. As someone who has visited many ski locations and ski hotels, this hotel is fantastic value for money with great food, great decor and a top quality staff. You are a short bus ride out of the main town, which means the hotel is quiet and also, you get a good view of the town at night, which was lovely.

Great hotel staff, starting from the reception, through the restaurant and to the very friendly and lovely stuff in the wellness. I have never encountered such kindness and support from the staff in a high-class hotel before. Thank you! The food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty and I recommend the local wines. I highly recommend Monica's massages. She is amazing! Room with village view, very clean. Comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

SwedenThis is the only hotel out the 12 that screwed up bigtime during booking. All other hotels accepted my credit card via Booking, but for some reason this hotel claimed it wasn't good enough for pre-payment. And I really hate getting messages in Italian with links to some web sites I have no idea about and trust them with my credentials. I did fix this "non-issue" via Booking twice using the same card I used during the whole trip. Once we got there to check in, there was no mention of aplogy or any other comment from the hotel. Please be aware that they charge your card 14 days in advance of your stay.....
Two middle aged couples on an 18-day 12 hotel road trip thru DE-CH-IT-CH-DE. This was our 6th stop. Being the "cheapest" hotel of them all, we were really surprised of the high quality of everything. And a special thank you to the gentleman who took excellent care of us att dinner.
