Kitchenette is good but there were no pans, only glasses, cups and small plates- so bring your own to cook or boil water coffee! On 1st floor - until approx 22h, you are likely to hear music and noise from evening entertainment. The hotel is 20 min walk from centre but bus available every 30-45 min

Staff very friendly, very professional. Breakfast and dinner very copious and good quality. Rooms cleaned daily , impeccable. Very quick at responding to your queries.

The description of its proximity to slope/ on Booking.com site not that accurate - it’s a 5 to 10 minute ski bus ride. BUT the bus stop is right outside hotel. Also no ski storage at hotel - BUT hotel gives a card which gets yiu free storage at plac just off the slopes. Not a fan of the hotel entertainment but easy enough to avoid.

Restaurant food, service (including catering for my daughter’s gluten free diet - the hotel having e mailed in advance asking for any dietry requirements) far exceeded what I was expecting (or have experienced elsewhere) for half board skiing hotel. Staff friendly & excellent. Bar man brilliant - the passion he put into making even just a gin & tonic amazing (& prices reasonable). Rooms a bit dated - but huge with good mountain view.

The entertainment staff were too full on in the mornings trying to get people to commit to their evening entertainment. So off putting we didn't go to any events.

The food was different every night, and it was lovely.

Wifi was terrible in rooms. My daughter took school work as she is sitting her A2s in the summer and had to sit in a noisy bar with loud music. She was very frustrated and so were we.

    Friendly staff good location

-Bed was a little bit on the hard side, and room temperature too high.

-Great staff, very helpful and welcoming. -Gave us the room till 16:30 on the last day which was a huge comfort to shower after ski. -Great balcony view on the city and slopes.

Furniture a bit run down, refreshing or replacement recommended. Very few TV channels in English

Very friendly & helpful personnel, specially entertainment & restaurant staff. Excellent kitchen, very wide choice for dinner, less wide for breakfast ... Bus service for slopes reliable and on time (with one single exception of day with very heavy snowfall..)

Food was bad. Bland tasteless. Bus was erratic. Sometimes waited never turned up. Or bus driver stopped to do things and delaying trip. Or just plain unreliable.

    friendly staff And Mini club,

    Nothing!

We liked everything. Room spacious and cleaned every day. Good food and friendly staff. Animation for kids brilliant. There is also a minimarket (prices are ok) and laundry room where you can use washing machine and drier

As the hotel is situated a long walk uphill from the hub of the resort, it is advantageous to have a car. Taxis are not too reliable and cost 10 euros for a 2 minute trip into the town at night.

The very friendly and efficient service - the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble to sort. We stayed half board and the food was fantastic - authentic Italian - with generous portions!
