Sheets was dirty and we booked room for three people but bed was made for only two people, we went to reception to ask about this situation they tried to argue that we booked it for only to but at the end we solve that problem. Employee's was chewing gum while talking to clients.

The rooms didn’t provide any facilities or courtesies. Just the beds and the towels. No kettle, no coffee machine, no frigobar. I specifically asked to stay in two rooms one close to the other since my boys are 11 and 9 y.o. and they were faraway from each other. We had to split the family.

Location was great for our 1 night stay for the soccer match. It is walking distance from the Stadio Olimpico.

The room facilities was really bad, no iron, heater, safe box, bed was not comfortable and etc The advertisement is fake and was not exactly what you get, as it was showing the fake photo Check in process was annoying, first they gave us very bad room after we complained, they changed. Room was cold and we slept 2 night in a cold room and in third night, we asked for heater and they gave us something although I asked first night and they said it is what it is!!! The room was noisy and we couldn't sleep well. We could hear everyone sound!!! I never recommend this hotel The safe box didn't work

Dated decor, mismatched furniture, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, breakfast was bad, bed was not made properly (quilt had no cover when we arrived, just a sheet on top of the quilt, and the quilt was stained).

It was not good experience at all.. There is no plug in the room for charge the phone close to your bed.. we charged one of the our phones in bathroom…Bathroom doorhandle was broken and everytime when we opened it was a problem. Inside the room there was little fridge but it was not working and then when we asked them to put our cake to fridge they did not help us about it..

Room was small and very old, location is far from center of Rome around 5 km. Hotel has 3 stars but is not exactly the same feeling as it should. I stayed one night and I think is more than enough.

Staff was so friendly. I had a flight delay and I arrived around 2 A.M. I sent them an enail and informed them. I had a check-in late. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Unfortunately, there are some things they could improve. There was no fridge in the room (and somehow there was no hot water on the last evening but that's okay). Cleanness wasn't perfect: there was a beer cap in the room when we checked in. Having no fridge and the lack of cleaning are some negative factors.

The hotel staff members are kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is just great, there are stores and even a pharmacy nearby and the bus stops Villa Severini and Vigna Clara are both very close to it (3 to 6 mins walking). The hotel itself is very stylish and has a unique, elegant atmosphere. Beds are very comfortable, we had a nice tv with many channels and an ice-cold air conditioner. The bathroom was very well-designed and had a nice interior. To sum it up, we had a really great time there, it is a nice place with a great price-value ratio.

We felt like they were trying to charge us more and also we didn’t really feel safe because we had to leave our keys at the reception every time we went out and you just had to get there, say a random room number and they would give you the key, meaning that they don’t even check if it’s your room or not since there are different people worker there. So, anyone could get your key and access your room. I still don’t understand why I wouldn’t take my key with me since I paid for that room

-Poor organisation, you have to repeatedly ask for the cleaning lady to refill gel and paper and don’t attend your request after several attempts. -Mattress uncomfortable, feeling the springs. -Really inconvenient location if interested in going sightseeing, having spent an average 45 minutes for the bus to pass. -Misleading photos of the rooms not matching actual ones, and claiming there is gym, but you’ve to pay the ridiculous 5€.
