The pillows are uncomfortable. Please buy new pillows. I think that’s the only thing that we didn’t like.

I like the location. Venice and airport is very close. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. I like that they have restaurant downstairs. Food is always available and very delicious and very affordable. Staff are all nice and friendly.

Good location, Halfway between venice and the airport. Staff was very helpfull even when they were busy in the restaurant. Lady in the front desk provided breakfast to go in a box as we had to leave very early and helped us with a taxi reservation

Nice and quiet, we arrived late which was no problem, so near the airport, then after a great breakfast the local transport bus stop to the centre of Venice was right outside. Could not have been easier and it was nice to be in the atmosphere of a real busy bar/eaterie, very friendly, helpful staff. I will be back.

Great place: the room is modern and fully equipped with all amenities. Check-in is convenient, and accessibility is clear. There is parking available. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. I recommend it.

The lady was great, went out of her way to make sure we had some breakfast to go as needed to catch bus before 8 and advised us to go early in case bus is early. All the staff are very friendly. They have a restaurant on ground floor, their food is excellent. Wish we could stay longer to sample more. This will be our go to spot if staying in Venice again.

I have no complaints.

Communicating with this hotel was easy, as they allowed me to change my reservation date. When we checked-in they told us all about the transportation options and made sure we got our tourist ticket to enter Venice before we went there, saving us $10 euros each. Breakfast was delicious and our table was ready when we showed up. The restaurant at the hotel had the best pizza we have tried yet, at a really affordable price. This place is a gem, I would recommend it!!!

Very friendly staff, the hostess was charming <3 Delicious breakfast was provided, with fresh produce. The restaurant offered variety of dishes. Delicious pizza and pasta was already on our table in exactly 5 minutes after ordering! The bathroom was shared, however very tidy and clean. Also there was a private sink and toiletries inside the room.

Chose Green Colours as not far from the airport Chris was great. Helped us with maps and al the information we needed.. The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed. Breakfast was great as well.

It's a bit loud by the road but nothing too bad. You have to share a bathroom but it was clean and easy to use. I would take some basic earplugs if you're a light sleeper, just because it's a busy place.

We loved the location, the amazing hospitable staff who worked there and the pizzas in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here for Venice.

Very good location, easy to access the airport and Venice by one bus that goes right in front of the building. Good restaurant downstairs. Staff is nice and very helpful. The breakfast was nice. The room and shared bathroom was clean. The room felt a little smaller than in the pictures, but for only sleeping it was all we needed. We didn't get the tv and airconditioning to work, but because we spent all days in Venice and it wasn't that hot yet, that did't really bother.

We had a mix-up with our booking (our fault), but the hosts were so kind and helpful - they really took the stress out of it. The room was great, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Lovely hosts and a really enjoyable stay!

Super nice staff. Good size room. Comfortable beds. 15 mins to Venice city with the bus just outside the hotel ( free entry to Venice with the link from the hotel). Beautiful breakfast.
