The shower drainage did not work. After a short shower the room was flooded. Staff was notified, but nothing was done.

PROBLEM WITH THE INTERNET

Breakfast staff was really rude. The old lady might even be the owner of the hotel, but very rude service at the breakfast.

The room was not very comfortable and the bathroom was not in great condition, it even had some moldy spots on the ceiling. The electric board also made noise at night so we had to sleep without power (and no AC on warm Sicilian nights is not ideal)

Very well located, good breakfast offering and the staff was always helpful and provided guidance when we needed it. The hotel in general was serviceable and okay for its price (one of the cheapest options we found).

It is a bit far from public transit; and they need to explain that it's a bit uphill and that it's in a district which is categorized as historic and so private cars are not permitted in most of the time and taxis in Palermo are very expensive. No elevator.

No elevator. Breakfast indifferent and stingy for coffee refills and juice. Bed just a cot, not very good. Shower has no actual stall, gets the floor soaked. Longish walk _ no public transit there. But nice enough staff, ok clean, nice lively area with pedestrian (mostly) streets, food stalls etc. Nb no uber in Palermo and taxis are hard to find and very expensive.

Room was very small and the shower was so small you need to be a contortionist to use it. The power and lights require you to insert a key in a light switch to turn on. There was a safe in the room, however it was very small and you cannot fit much in it, plus although digital had no power so you had to use a key on the keyring to open it, at night you have to take the keys out of the switch to turn light off which does make it rather tricky to do. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot of savory options but plenty of sweet croissants.

The location is great just a short walk from the main nightlife area, although this also means it is noisy at night. The WiFi works well not connection issues. Air conditioning in room worked well. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
