Some staff and the owner himself are not that welcoming. The young Guy (sorry I forgot his name) who checked us in, the night Filipino staff and the lady in the kitchen are both friendly, helpful and smiling.

The location is fantastic. Room is OK for the value

It is not issue caused by hotel. In the street there were negro junkies making mess at evening and night.

Very helpfull and kind staff, Small roof apartment with tiny balcony have nice touch.

There was some kind of fire exit or storage room next to our room not sure but that door was slammed very early in the morning at 4am multiple times which woke us up. Breakfast was literally 5 items, buns, butter, chocolate croissant, few fruit and coffee machine. I was honestly expecting a bit more.

The heating didn't work, so it was a bit chilly in the morning.

The balcony was a nice touch and the location is excellent.

Not for romantic stay in Rome but good for traveler

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The stuff was very nice, helpful and friendly. We choose the stay because of Termini train station is very near and suitable before departure to airport. And for that purpose location was perfect.

The bed is not comfortable. The ceiling of the room is low.

The elevator stops on the 5th floor and that is where the reception desk is for checking in/out but our room was on the 6th floor and there was no elevator to that floor. However the staff did help us by taking our luggage up and down the stairs. The mattress on the bed was slightly lumpy and uncomfortable and we had some difficulty adjusting the air-conditioner in the room

This hotel is conveniently located, very close to the main train station and close to shops, restaurants and many local attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant, helpful and even assisted us with our language. The breakfast was amply, consisting of a variety of food- mostly cold.

The hotel is modest, room is not clean. I couldn’t hang our clothes in the cupboards because there were stains on shelves. Bathroom door was locked when door is closed causing us to call so that someone would open the door from outside. Our room was close to the front desk so it was noisy. Restaurant was very small in space with a number of people having their breakfast at the same time. Aircondition was central so we couldn’t improve its performance, we felt hot. The two receptionists have such loud voices and talking in a nervous way to guests. I had to book a 2 star hotel because the landlord of other booked hotel cancelled our reservation because she had no water in the apartment.

No double bed, AC broke down and not repaired for the whole day and night. We suffocated and had to sleep without AC having windows opened. There were no ceiling fans and the hotel staff didn't help providing the table fans also. I understand the staff was not comfortable with the foreign language but did not intend to understand our problems. All they said, "I can't do nothing".

Breakfast was very basic. The lift and entrance is shared with other floors of the building. There is no acoustic insulation with corridor.

They did not have the European plugs for chargers, so you need to bring your own. Another item is required.

the location that is close to the train station is good as it is good connected to everything. but during the evening is not the best area.

We didnt like the location as it was in unsafe area, the hotel was surrounded by strangers. Breakfast wasnt pleasant either, we would have expected wider range of choices. The value for money was not the best as well.

My main complaint is that it was strange that we had to hand over the keys on a daily basis and it did not feel safe since the staff did not have an idea whether the key i picked up belonged to me and many times they offered the wrong key. There was also no safe in the room to lock up valuables so we felt we needed to bring those with us daily. Not a very comfortable room, but it’s as expected for the price.

Good price for the location but the hotel itself was very average or mediocre. It fulfilled our needs since we mostly were out exploring the city. Bathroom was pretty good and we slept well without noise from surroundings. It was convenient to live close to the termini station since it had great bus, train and metro connections.
