Negative points for the breakfast - great coffee, but very low quality food, no variety. We have booked a room for 3 people, which consisted of a doubled bed room and a tiny separate room with a bunk bed (hostel feeling, not great).

Great location, close to the beach. Clean, private beach area with sunbeds included in price. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great dinner as part of the a la carte menu, but not all prices were shown (e.g. salad buffet or glass of wine weren't on the menu, but could be ordered).

I thought for the price that the bedroom should be much more modern or even classic. It was comfortable enough and large but aesthetically forgettable, top floor with no great view, three extra beds we didn't need and an extra room.

The beach at the sea is very bad, there are the refineries in the sea and around Marina Romea, so water is polluted and you fell smell of oil. Too expensive accommodation, considering no facilities. The staff do not allowed to take the beach/pool towels at the beach, even if write on Booking that you can. You do not have the restaurants nearby, just a few places like a mess hall. So, i recommend full board where ever you staying in Marina Romea. Also, there is a lot of mosquitoes.

Natural reserve is across the hotel, in the length of a few kilometers. There is a good path, in pine forest. You can see in Google Earth. The cleaners excellent do their job and our room was cleaned perfectly every day. Air condition is free. Swimming pool is very good.

This was a great hotel for a seaside holiday as the beach is just a short walk through the pine forest. We also liked relaxing by the pool, it was a good size for a swim, clean and quiet. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury - try the little cream doughnuts and fresh squeezed juices!

Wifi was very slow/from time to time not working in the room. The room 216 with no balcony is quite big but has a very simple furniture (as seen on my pictures). The bathroom includes a whirlpool bath tub and not a shower as in the description, the bath tub smelled of mould, probably the airjets were not in use or cleaned properly for a longer time. Upon the arrival we were offered a free dinner as a welcome. We were disappointed while paying the final bill they charged us one dinner. The wording on the invitation card was misleading.

The overall experience was very possitive, we might consider coming back. Friendly staff (most staff speaks rather good English), clean room (bed linen and towels were changed every day), wide section for the breakfast (eggs, omelettes, cheese, hams, cakes, fruits, yogurts, dried fruits etc.) made all together our stay very comfortable. The hotel offer parking to just a few cars (max 12 cars), but there were plenty of places to park on the street (however we visited the hotel on the beginning of the season). The hotel is situated in a rather calm surroundings (small town with just a few restaurants, bars etc.), when you seek more action a and restaurant possibilities you must go to adjacent towns, such as Marina di Ravenna. The beach is a short walk from the hotel through a nice pine wood (about 300m).Two beds and a sun umbrella on the beach are included in the price. The beach is very clean, the restaurant offer delicious local food (fishes) and is a perfect place for a romantic dinner at sunset (during our stay it hosts even a wedding).

One staff member on reception in particular very rude and unhelpful. Tired decor. Safe in room did not work.

Clean room, basic but comfortable. Good wifi. Good location and breakfast. Pool quite large. Free sunbed included in the booking at the beach lido which is 5 minute walk away, but ask as they don't tell you at check-in.

Considering the low price, all was very well. Close to beach, nice view on the woods. Close to Ravenna with Roman archeological sites to visit. Restaurant close by.

    Good price. Very gentle personnel.

Not sure about the quality of the sea water.

Location of the hotel right by the sea side. Convenient for small shopping. Pool very clean and not crowded. Towels at the pool. Breakfast is good. Sitting area outside hotel.

Breakfast fully ok. Room 216 very quiet but simple. Beds are comfortable. Dinner buffet tasty choice and selection. Absolutely worth the money. Close to the beach with sun chair and parasol free of charge. Nice beach bar and restaurant. (Reservation necessary at week ends.)

There are not many good restaurants in the area so I suggest the short trip to Ravenna or Marina Ravenna for dinner. All the restaurants we went to in Italy welcomed dogs except the breakfast restaurant at The Corallo. A little strange since dogs were allowed everywhere else.

Dogs were welcome at the hotel and even had their section of the beach which was fantastic for us. The pool was clean and lovely.

It is our 2nd visit to Hotel Corallo. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent atmosphere, nice beach and pinewood path to it. Excellent breakfast and cleanliness. Special thanks goes to the cleaning lady managing the second floor: highly efficient, while not disturbing the guests.

Poor breakfast. You should pay for morning coffee. Unreasonable price for dinner (25EUR per person). Poor and outdated furniture. Our room had no balcony, so nowhere to dry towels. Boring town around with a only couple of restaurants. Hotel has parking for 6-8 places, other guests should look for parking somewhere along the streets. Unreasonable price for this hotel. It's like a hostel.

10 min walk to the beach. San beds included.

It doesn't feel like a four star hotel. Very bare rooms, everything looks a little tired. Mini bar just had water. There is no elegance, just a basic place. Mind you, it reflects the rest of the area which looks a little run down.

The location is good as it is just a short walk to the beach through a little pine forest. We also got a free parasol and sun loungers courtesy of the hotel.
