A little hard to find but I think everything is in Venice!

It was unique and lots off room. Matteo was such a gracious host, cooked to order eggs every morning to go along with the usual continental style. The food area was always stocked during the day with numerous snacks and treats, tea and coffee.

The place was a tiny bit tricky to find at first since I expected a big sign like in America.

It was a convenient location to places. The 24/7 snacks bar with a very excellent coffee machine that makes all kind of Italian coffee was a big bonus!!!! A complimentary bottle of wine with some cookies was so welcoming. The host provided a real breakfast with some fresh cooked egg.

Quiet and yet near everything. Pictures on Bookings.com don’t do it justice. The room was much nicer than I expected.

Very nice bedroom, spacious and with air conditionning. We very much enjoyed the patio place for breakfast. But most importantly, we had a fantastic welcome from Matteo who was always willing to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Matteo for everything !

Wow! This historic property in the heart of Venice is an absolute oasis of calm. It is so quiet and relaxed then a five minute walk and you’re in the hustle and bustle of the city. Matteo is a wonderful host- he cooks the best pancakes and is always helpful. The rooms are lovely- comfortable, super clean and spacious. Breakfast in the courtyard was truly special. We would definitely love to come back!

This is a truly great hotel with only four rooms – a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Venice, in San Polo. It's just a 5–10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, yet remarkably quiet, especially in the peaceful inner courtyard. While it's a bit on the expensive side, it's absolutely worth it. Matteo, the owner, is a fantastic host and makes the stay even more special.

Everything was perfect.

Amazing B&B with Matteo. The location couldn't get any more perfect with restaurants and shops on the doorstep. It was a safe and quiet area, we really felt comfortable. Matteo was extremely kind and helpful. He made us a beautiful breakfast every morning which we ate in the courtyard outside. He left prosecco and food for us and a complimentary mini bar. The B&B was extremely clean. If we are in Venice again we will definitely stay with Matteo.

The rooms were lovely and very clean. Snacks and drinks were always readily available. For breakfast, Matteo will make items to order. My children loved the pancakes! The location was close to everything but set apart from the noisy crowds.

Matteo was a very friendly and supportive host. We were welcomed with free Prosecco, coffee and snacks. The B&B is located in the center of Venice, easy to reach everywhere by walking.

Matteo was a fantastic host, and the rooms were perfect for our family. The location and quiet courtyard where we could eat breakfast (made personally by Matteo) in the morning were a great touch as well. Highly recommend!

Not a thing!

Its host, Matteo was friendly and made the stay special. The suite was newly renovated, bathroom had two sinks for us 3 ladies to share. The location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. Eating Matteo’s scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, and pastries out in the courtyard was a wonderful start to our day.

This was a great experience. The photos are representative and the host was amazing. You won't find a more pleasant accommodation or host in the historical part of the city.

The location was amazing. In the old city of Venice just a few blocks from the water taxis. It was great to be able to walk around and visit all of the sites without having to leave the amazing historical areas.

Brilliant location, close to the main attractions, yet felt very calm and truly Venetian - lovely breakfast and was so helpful with advice and also helping us on last day when our flight home was in the evening. Highly recommended.
