It was just amazing! We took suite and it was marvelous. Spa under the bed? Say no more! This place has everything. Very private location and good parking. I think we are gonna visit this place again, for sure!

- horrible soundproofing, you can hear the neighbours talk and all other things they do - the surrounding area of the hotel is not very nice (a lot of trash everywhere)

- warm room - spacious bathroom - good selection of sweet things at breakfast - good coffee - very nice farm where the hotel is situated

We felt the quality of the restaurant food should have been better and let's the hotel down. There was a 'specials' menu but it was not offered to us. We could have translated it ourselves.

The room was great with air con with a very good bathroom. The swimming pool and the associated staff along with the receptionists. The shaded car parking was great.

Lovely pool area which was a welcome relief when we were travelling by bicycles. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant which was very tasty. The whole complex is neatly maintained and we loved our overnight stay here

This place was the best one we have ever been. I could not describe how perfect it was, there were everything i couls wish for, beautiful garden, swimmimg pool, nice room, bar, excellent meals and coffee, very kind and helpful workers; the whole athmospere was incredibly good. It was quiet and chill with fresh air; like a paradise surrounded by nature. The breakfast was delicious, and we ate dinners there, fresh and tasty meals, elegant desserts, homemade ice cream. All the waiters were gentle and kind Thank you very much for these feelings.

There were some problems with the electrics in the room. Some lights not working or bulbs missing; however when we asked for them to be put right the staff were very attentive. The main issue is that there is no means of turning lights on or off from the bed so it is necessary to have a torch at hand.

Staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. Facilities were on the whole very good, enjoyed the pool and gardens and was very happy with the restaurant. The check-in was excellent especially the provision of a bottle of sparkling wine and canapés - which I had not expected. I liked the location - it is remote but this means there is no passing traffic and it is only a short drive to the town or beach and is probably walkable.

Regarding the air conditioning, it turns out that the air conditioning only works on heat, even though it was hot it was not possible to turn on the air conditioning on cold, I hope that in the summer they will turn on the air conditioning on cold. In addition, the level of acoustics in the rooms is very, very bad, you can hear every word from every room, every conversation, every move of a chair, or walking in the room, it's very uncomfortable

The breakfast was perfectly fine and meets expectations, regarding the location it is clear that if you do not rent a car it will not be easy to get there by taxi, therefore it is recommended to rent a car to get to the place and be mobile

Zero soundproofing and a loud neighbor, pool area not in use.

Clean and nice, pretty, staff spoke good English, nice that there were more alternatives on the breakfast than just the sweet stuff, got a good deal for the price so very good value for money.

for us dinner was little late at 1930 with no visible option for snack. Also no breakfast cooked option. However I will say this was same experience in another hotel in Pomezia so it may be common practise.

location could be something some people might find not ideal but it didn’t bother us as that’s what we wanted.

A hidden gem with an amazing pool and great, friendly staff. Restaurant within the premises was top quality, restaurant staff are brilliant. Beautiful setting in the middle of farms, away from busy city. with a 10months old baby, we thought it would be a struggle but our experience was so chilled in the property as they were so understanding and prepared whatever we needed.
