Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenWe missed a microwave oven and the toaster in the kitchen. The rooms and in particular the kitchen was aged.
There was a small pool. The rooms were reasonably large and clean. There was a parking place at the property. The reception was manned 24/7. There was a daily room service. The bathrooms were new.

NorwayIt was a journey to get in an out. You need to get throug 3 doors to get in/out. and one elevtric door needs to be closed before another opens. It demanded a lot of my patience. And the staff needed to open the gate for me. But then you need to go back through the other doors to make them open the gate if you forgot to tell you want to go out. Really annoying.
The room/apartment was very nice. Very big and comfortable.

United Stateseverything still closed up because of COVID restrictions. No gym, no breakfast, no pool. all those were advertised too. A pain to go in and out of the property. you have to wait for someone from the front desk to be around to buzz you both in and out of the hotel. A bit of a walk to the metro, & a 15 minute subway ride to city center.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. very clean building and rooms. the room was roomy!

I didn’t like anything it was very bad the staff were so rude we checked before going and we saw that there was no age restriction and when we wanted to check in they said we’re not allowed we showed them that it says there is no age restriction on the app but they didn’t care and they were so rude about it keep in mind my friend was turning 18 the same night. and we checked in other hotels and didn’t have any problems .

Italy1. Very Very Rude staff. 2. Extra 100 Euro Deposit (that they are trying to trick you out of) 3. Can’t use the kitchen which is in the room. Even if you drink water from the tap, they will keep your deposit. 4. Can’t use the pool unless you buy an additional towel from them. Basically the whole thing seems like a scam. They even entered our room while we were out for dinner. That’s weird. I have not been able to sleep properly due to safety concerns. I have a feeling they will try their best to steal the deposit inventing something.

SpainFor the price we paid we had to clean the kitchen otherwise they would charge us, it's stated as 4 star, nowhere near not even 2...the wending machine was empty, we could not even get a bottle water, it was not refilled during our stay, it was impossible to sit on the sofa, under the sofa was dirty, the sky tv lost connection every 2 minutes, unwatchable
