Perfect location, close to the bus station. Balcony view is most beautiful. Easy walk to all restaurants and bar as well as the cable car station for both Seceda and Alpe di Suisi. Very good breakfast..

The only sad thing is a breakfast, but I guess it’s typical italian breakfast so there were no high expectations.

There’s a gorgeous CAT on the reception!! This is the main advantage 😁 Also, the room 402 is awesome, like a suite with a lot of space and huge terrace with the mountain view. The staff is extremely friendly. Room is very comfortable.

The room is a little bit small, but OK for me.

Location is center in the town, near to the cable entrance, balcony facing the river with beautiful view. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Dinner is also nice inside the hotel, with complementary salads. Owners are very kind. When I am afraid that I cannot catch the bus, they offer a free ride to the bus station.

Amazing stay in Ortesei close to the city center. The room had a balcony that overlooked at the river and the town. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and friendly and helped us with planning our day to make the most of our stay. Dinner was amazing, specially the Salmon Trout! :) If you like family hotels that are cozy and make you feel at home, this is your place to stay.

The price for the room seemed high, compared to other burgs within easy driving distance, but the hotel's location was convenient to a number of the key hiking attractions.

The room was for 1 person. Pretty small, and very limited in the number of electrical outlets. This required juggling when trying to use a lamp, charge a device, or use some other item. That said, it was very clean and had plenty of storage.

The wifi was not very well-connected sometimes.

We felt the most welcoming at this hotel during our two-week stay in Italy. The staff was really helpful and they answered all the questions we had. The hotel is very close to Ortisei town centre and the cable car for Alpe di Siusi. Free parking was available on-site as well.

Would love to see a bottle of water in the room on arrival. As I arrived on Sunday, there were no shops open. The 500ml water bottle cost me €2 from the bar of the hotel.

Family run hotel by Claudia and Oscar and their Cat Yoshi, who welcome their guests with warmth and friendly gesture. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They help with anything as much as possible. They promptly reply to your questions before your arrival. The hotel is very close to the centre, bus station and the lifts. The room I stayed for 3 nights was overlooking Mount Seuc lifts with the quiter side of the hotel. Decent sized single room with a balcony overlooking the mountain. Breakfast swrved with plenty of choices, and they also offer you a choice of cooked eggs. They do have an on-site restaurant and bar. I did not have a chance to try their restaurant, nor i booked half board, so I can't comment on that, but I heard good reviews about it.

Unfortunately it was right next to the main road and river so was a little noisy sometimes. Also there was construction going on right outside my window on the hotel next door. Slight language barrier.

The wellness spa was amazing! The owners were very friendly and helpful with everything. Easy walk to the lifts and centre of town. Electric charging stations. Their dinner was decent too.

Everything, the place feels luxurious yet has the homey feel, I love the decor, the owners/managers made me feel so at home and they were very helpful. Close to the bus station and the gondolas. I’ll stay here again if I am going back to Ortisei.

I love this hotel so much i came back for my 2nd visit. It's a bit like staying in a beautiful big family home. Claudia and Oskar are the most wonderful and friendly hosts, their boys and other staff could not be more lovely. My cute little single bedroom was immaculately clean. The breakfast is excellent with gluten free and vegetarian options. This year I discovered the fantastic wellness rooms with spa, sauna, steam bath etc. Location is perfect just a one minute flat walk to the bus stop.
