Some street noise through night

Good location for early flights at Florence Airport. Not a great location for dining and sightseeing although close to tram line that runs to downtown Florence and to Airport.

Being quite isolated there are not many dining options around so maybe the introduction of some room service items or liaise with local restaurants to provide a delivery service.

We had a couple of issues with our room ( TV did not work and safe was also broken ). The staff gave these issues the utmost attention and had them fixed immediately. Add to that they gave us a free bottle of red and some nibbles to apologise for the inconvenience speaks volumes of good old fashioned customer service. They had parking also along with really helpful reception staff.

This is a good business hotel in convenient location for travelers, not so much for sightseeing.

We stayed here the night before our flight out because it is close to the airport. The front desk called us a taxi and we were at the airport in a few minutes.

The two gentlemen who worked at the reception were extremely kind, patient and helpful even we have arrived to the hotel late. We have lots of luggages but they helped to all of these. They have helped us about parking our car. They are really good at about problem solving. Thank to them for their kindness.

7 minute walk to the tram that takes you straight to city centre. Everything else is then walkable. Good location for us as we could keep our car in the hotel’s free parking and go to the city by tram. Room was a good size as in photos and quite clean too. Area was quiet and bed was comfortable

The lighting in the rooms wasn’t adequate. The bathroom was bright but insufficient lighting in the rooms.

Really clean rooms, shower was very good and bed was very comfortable. The staff at reception were always super polite and helpful 24/7. Location is pretty good, nice restaurants nearby too if needed.

The curtains of the room 405 did not stop the Sun light to burst through the room in the morning. This caused bad sleeping after sunrise especially. Also the walls need cleaning as they have several marks and even a dead bug in the curtain.

Proximity to airport. About a 5 min drive (depending on traffic and how many turns you miss!) Free parking. Staff was very nice. Room was comfortable. A few restaurants/bars close by.

The shower was difficult to handle, but they attempted to fix it. And the air conditioning in the room was impossible to set.

Good location near airport and had nice public spaces. The breakfast was very good, as hotel breakfasts go.

The room is clean, but the fridge didn't really get cold, the thermostat didn't shut off at the temerature we selected, the pillows were too thick (I slept like my head was against the wall), there were no wall plugs available for use. We had to disconnect on of the lamps in order to use power. (The bed was plugged into the wall behind it, and the bed has two plugs on each side, both of which were occupied on each side...)

The hotel looked nice, and the bathroom was spacious...

The street is verny noisy, and it can be heard in the room. Once we go to eat breakfast in the hotel, it was not the best and i think it was a little too costly.

A front staff was kind, and it was a good one night stay when arriving late in the airport: our hotel in the center didn’t accept the late check-in.

Good stay if you are heading out to the airport the next day. Staff was pleasant and provided a wake up call and arranged a taxi for our early morning flight (about a 5 minute ride, approx. 20 Euros). The room is somewhat small but okay for a short stay. The T2 line into central Florence is a 7 minute walk away.
