Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LithuaniaPlacement of the hotel is bad: it is far from the beach,far from nearest restorans. It is possible to have dinner at the hotel, but kichen has to be more flexible, it cannot work only with rezervations and suggest too much food mandatory. Car is necessary during staying at the hotel.. I recomend to rent car from Rent Planet company. Everything is fine with it. Especially ask Leticia, she is really good manager ( speaks English) and really will help.
Very nice environment, music is fine every evening. Even to dance is possible. Barmen Olivia is fine, and Rita (she works at the recption) as well. Only these two pesons speak English, other -not.

We had the most amazing time here in Costa Caddu Hotel. From the rooms with beautiful garden, pool and sea views to the kind and caring staff and just the mesmerising scenic location close by 6 min walk to local beach. It was unbeatable! It felt like such wonderful luxury. The pool and jacuzzi was out of the world with the views of the sea and mountains. Everyone was accommodating. It was over crowded, quite private! At times felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The breakfast was wonderful and my god the dinner was lush! 😍 Highly recommended and will be back here some time I'm sure!

SwitzerlandThe area between the hotel and beach is full with trash that people dumped. It’s a problem of San Teodor and not Costa Caddu but wasn’t nice to go for a run or walk to the beach.
Always very clean, staff nice and the food was fantastic.

Switzerland- air conditioning in the room is a bit tricky to operate and find a perfect temperature
+ stuff! They deserve a top rating! Especially Bar tenders and restaurant! + location is superb! Easy access to sea and San Teodoro (rather by car) + restaurant onsite has a great offer for dinner + pool is very nice and big + live music in the evenings + very convenient with kids

Location is great, it’s very tidy, breakfast was top quality but huge shout to the bartender lady and the singer who were excellent at entertaining.
