Nothing, literally nothing. The big pool wasn't warm enough to swim in but a smaller hot tub pool was great with a very nice barman looking after us. No complaints at all

This was an excellent stay at an extraordinary hotel. It is not cheap for obvious reasons but the whole experience was completely faultless. Budget permitting I would stay there whenever I could. It was a special occasion for my wife's birthday (which the hotel marked) so the normal accommodation budget was blown, but it was worth every penny

It was rather expensive despite the amenities.

I would argue it's the best view in Positano. They helped with transfers, recommendations, and luggage movement.

Bedrooms and some areas of the motel are beginning to tire and need upgrading the bath/shower definitely needs a refurbish. Being asked if we wanted to pay for the porter to take luggage up the hill 20euro to transfer point after staying for 4 nights I believe this is out of line and should be in the package of staying at such a Hotel.

Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. Cocktail bar, pool and breakfast first class. View's from the room, pool, breakfast and dining rooms are superb overlooking the beach, ocean and Positano.

We regret only staying one night :(

Our transport that we had planned fell through due to transport strikes occurring that day, the staff were able to quickly organise transport to the accommodation. Very comfortable room and bed with an excellent view from the balcony. Also a very good complimentary breakfast.

If you have any walking difficulties, getting to the hotel can be challenging. However, the area has porter services and can transport you to the pedestrian area for walking. Very accommodating!

The proximity to the beach, restaurants and ferry was great.

Location was great if you come by ferry as right by the harbour. Lovely sitting on the balcony. Breakfast was good, great selection. Bed was very comfortable.

Early departure not easy. Stairs before access to lift. Rooms small and rather dated.

Ants in the room (just something natural but again my whole suitcase was full of it and for the price paid I would have liked the cleaner to spot this and do something?) I had to unpack and clean the whole suitcase every day as all my clothing was full of ants. The staff in the restaurant were not sorry at all for my partners meal arriving 30 minutes before mine. He finished his food and I had to eat separately (bare in mind that mine was just a pizza and his was chicken - I would have expected the chicken to arrive later than the pizza). The staff just said “we are busy”. And that’s it.

The views from our room overlooking Positano beach was amazing! The rooftop pool was small and not much seating however we were lucky to get a space but it was very nice to sit there. (Would recommend some music to liven the place up a bit more). The ladies in reception were not too smiley and would have preferred a more friendlier, warm, smileyyyyyy welcome coming into such a beautiful hotel. The bartenders were were absolutely amazing and offered complimentary olives - very kind.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Steps away from everything. Being so close to the ferry was a blessing. The hotel staff is attentive and courteous. The rooms were very clean and hospitable. Staying here was one of the best things we will remember about Italy

I loved staying here when in Positano! The food, bar, rooms, and views were all exceptional. Including the hospitality from the staff. Staying here was one of our highlights in Italy! Great spot. Would highly recommend.

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful in planning transport, trips, and making recommendations about what to do and where to eat. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our time by the pool, even in Mid-April. It helped that it was heated!

Everything was perfect.

This hotel is amazing, the best place in Positano I would say. The attention, the restaurant is so good, the view, everything here is incredible. Contact them ahead so they could arrange your transportation from Naples if you need it, we did it and was a great idea because they also transport your bags from the parking lot to the hotel (500m) which in Positano is a big challenge. We told them ahead it was our honeymoon and definitely made the trip special.
