Breakfast is good, but gets boring after eating same food every day. Location is the best and owner very helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk from both the train station and the city center, which made getting around incredibly easy. What truly stood out was the staff’s flexibility; they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and pick it up later after check-out, which was exceptionally helpful and made our stay much more convenient. Highly recommended!

Brekfast set up was very nice, bed sheets were very soft, clean bathroom, nice water flow and shower head, juice in the kichen and free coffie.

Brekfast was a little too sweet for my taste but still good. A bit noisy, walls are very thin so sound traveles fast and loud from one room to another.

Easy and nice communication with Staff on whatsapp, videos how to get to the property, easy access. Super close to Train Station, Marina area, restaurants, street market with antiques and hand made products. Very clean and organised place, quiet, cosy common kitchen with terrace, breakfast ok - sweet and salty options, water coffee tea juices available all day. Books available. Super clean room and bathroom! Small balcony but not nice view so I would recommed more plants and flowers on a blacony☺️

Excellent location, immaculately clean, good breakfast

Only downside for this accommodation is the poor soundproofing. Located on a busy street, you can clearly hear all sorts of noise: people shouting, garbage truck, police/ambulance sirens etc. All the rest is fantastic about this property

Breakfast with a good variety of salty and sweet. The room was tidy and clean.

Lovely accommodation, new furniture, very clean, towels changed daily. We used the self check-in option because we weren't sure if our flight would be delayed and we arrived late. Breakfast was OK. The possibility of taking coffee and water throughout the day. They are always available via Whatsup for your questions and requests. We would always come back

The first thing I loved was an easy self check in, which was very well explained. The whole house was very cozy, artsy pictures and very kind owner. The room was clean and also filled with useful necessities for the shower. In the shared kitchen every room had its own seat for the breakfast that has been prepared by the owner. Everything was perfect and i would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

The room is pretty big and clean. The bathroom is equipped with everything you might need, including extra towels. The premise is cleaned every day. The location of the bnb is just perfect - close to the train and bus stations and within walking distance to the historical centre. The owner, Nico, is a nice person. He got in touch in advance and provided all the info about self-check-in.

I didn't quite understand the idea of breakfast. The first morning, I ate two sorts of muesli with milk and drank capsule coffee. The only thing I prefered to grab the next days were fresh fruits. Thankfully there are a lot of restaurants nearby where one can have breakfast, often though pretty small and overpriced. The window of my room faced the street, and it was very noisy starting from 5am! Also, there isn't enough daylight as the window faces north and there are dense trees overshadowing it. But actually I didn't need that as I was spending most of my time outside.

Renovated and quiet apartment with nice rooms to stay. Very close to the center and train station. Poetto (beach) can be reached by bus very easy.

The entrance area was super clean, and the room had all we needed!
