This hotel is not good for animal activists like us. They have real preserved animals on display all over the hotel. No water provided in the rooms, and when we requested water, they asked us to buy from the vending machine. Surely, this is not a 4-star service. I am not impressed with the quality of the room, and it needs some renovation. No coffee/tea in the room or a handy coffee machine.

Spacious room for 3 to sleep in it. We could see the mountains from our rooftop room. There is an old type with an electric oven, but we didn't use it. The bed was firm, but we slept comfortably. Breakfast was great! The hotel had a spa, but we didn't use it. It was not included in our hotel price. To include it, it was €15 extra per person. They gave us a small packet of complimentary biscuits before leaving as a thank you for our stay

It was summer and it was so hot at night that we couldn't sleep. The room was in the attic.

We got free garage for our motorbikes. Nice location in the center.

There was no drinking water provided in the room. We did not find vending machine inside the hotel either. The room needs some maintenance. The kitchen door fell off. Bed was not comfortable. We had problem sleeping with the pillows provided

Because of the storm at home we had to go home one day earlier and the staff didn't understand situation, so we had to pay 4 nights instead of three. They didn't want to understant the situation.

The breakfast was a bit too plain with no vegetables and mainly consisted of sweets. The ski room is not practical at all. At the first two nights we got a room at the top floor, an attic, really limited an worse then described when we booked, not fancy at all. We asked to change room to a one as described and only after 2 days we go it. The new room was excellent, although the mattress could be better.

The hotel room was really nice and convenient with a balcony over looking at the mountains. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is nice.

Too complicated procedure to go to the room after skiing as you cannot enter via main entrance to reception with ski boots to get your key.

They can put some fly burners lamps in some of hotel area like breakfast room. There is lot of flies in summer.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walking distance too all restaurants bakery, cofeterias, ice cream shop.. etc. Bigest super market 100meters from the hotel. Nice view from the balcony to Bormio downhill ski track. Very good breakfast and coffee machines making perfect coffee. Staff in the hotel very professional and polite, specially receptionist Elisa. Easy free parking lot in the Hotel. You don't bother with anything, they are well organized, perfect place for vacation and fun. Bormio thermal bath is on 7minutes walking distance.

The breakfast was very average, no decent coffee and the staff seemed somewhat grumpy. There were no tea / coffee facilities in the rooms.

Hotel Cristallo was comfortable and reasonable, but just a bit short of value for money at their price point.

The heating in the rooms was too high and could only be regulated by switching it off or opening the windows. Much too hot at night.

All the common facilities were very good. The breakfast and meals were all very good. The staff managed to organise meals for a large group.

Not many restaurants around in the evening but saying that we were a large party which made it a little harder.

staff are brilliant everyone there so friendly and helpful especially Carmen who looks after the bar. Great location to ski but not much around in terms of restaurants etc . We were a party of 12 with 7 kids ages 10-14 .

the breakfast was really good but maybe was a bit unbalanced and the Savoury breakfast could be more abundant.

All of the staff were really kind to us included the cat. the structure was cosy and in a good location from 2 mins by walk close to the centre.

The hotel has 2 types of rooms (old and new). We requested to change our room, because it was not at all cozy and it was very old(time stopped there 30y ago). The price 350 euros (2nights) so we expected more.. Thanks to the nice personel they changed it and a new room was nice, but unfortunately a first bad impression stays.. Breakfast are quite limited for 4stars hotel.

Very nice relax (Hall) area, each evening music on live, personel very nice, prices for drinks on the bar correct.
