Personal in the restaurant have no so good behavior. We were asking for better table for a dinner by the window. Because it was empty,The waitress answer ,,this one is better I think and plus other one I have to clean up,, So rude. And after she was throwing a bitch face. Food in the restaurant is so so, recommend to go out for dinners.

Spa is excellent. Personal were very professional. Amazing treatments. Comfortable room we had suit with nice view.

Swimmimg pool is not warm enough. Unnecessary expensive dining restaurant. Omlette was extra in breakfast. We're not informed so they cancelled. But omlette should be included in breakfast for sure. Concierge works with a bad ski rental shop. They serve hot wine at the ski changing room. But it is cold. Should be served at lobby as hot.

Best shuttle service I have ever seen. (I'm quite a traveler). Very good breakfast. Very good waiters. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Splendid mountain views from panaromic rooms, lobby and restaurant. Very helpful staff. Talented piano man at lobby in the evenings. Nice ski changing room. Good concierge. I stay here %100 if I come back to Cortina.

We stay at a lot of hotels around the world, mainly in Europe, this one was absolutly the worst considering the money they charge. I dont mind paying a lot but getting my money's worth. Bad service! from the concierge to the waiters..poor poor poor service in the restaurant. Embarrassing ski room - no lockers, wet floor, dirty, unattended by a service man. Suite was not comfortable at all, furniture and desgin old and not inviting. Overall look of a 3 stars hotel, not 5. Photos in website very(!!!!!!!) misleading. Room was freezing! Many windows in the room all of them not isolating and only floor heating. Had to ask for a mobile heater. Charging extra money for omlets in breakfast!! Having only scrambeld eggs as a free option (not even hard boiled eggs). Spa was ridiculous.. Sauna and "relaxing area" near the noisy pool, terrbly dirty and unatennded. Feela like a 3 stars hotel overall expiriance - foe your own good - stay elsewhere.

    Nice breakfast. excelent gym

Sauna is unsuitable for 5 star hotel. Resting area in hallway, people passing by on the way to swimming pool ,noisy, one towel per person. Staff very surprised when I asked for more than one towel.

Location is great. Stuff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

The parking inside the garage was charged at 40 EURO per day!

A real European 5 star hotel, with the flair and luxury such a luxury hotel should have. The staff was really top notch, especially the concierge desk and the reception, but also the restaurant staff and every other staff member we interacted with. Excellent breakfast, although the extra charge for an omelette was not necessary at the money the guests already spend in the hotel. Very nice gym and spa area. In general no complaints, everything was perfect.

They upgraded my reservation and provide a beautiful room with balcony with the incredible view. very good, nice, polite and efficient staff. fantastic breakfast with many different alternatives, served again in the "Veranda" area, with the view on the mountains.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Cortina: however easy walk and continuous availability of the hotel shuttle, always on call. The restaurant is not bad but there are better ones in town.

The view of the mountains is stunning. The hotel has been refurbished recently and an excellent job was done to preserve its original features. Personnel is extremely friendly and helpful

Excellent swimming pool but the water was too cold. The hotel restaurant had a limited (mainly haut cuisine) menu. Luckily Cortina offers an amazing choice of restaurants so there is no big issue.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff members, clean, comfortable, the shuttle service to the slopes is very handy. The kids room is a great bonus.

You do need to make use of the hotel shuttle-service to go to any of the main skilift stations. The shuttle-service is excellent though (Nicolla's a champ!) and the upside of the somewhat off-center location is that the hotel is pleasantly quiet.

Fantastic staff that went out of their way to make out stay as pleasant as possible. Both Canio and Giovanni are excellent concierges.

Spa can be very noisy due to children allowed in the swimming pool and there is no 'quiet/silence' rule even for the relax area. Even after complaining about the noise, the spa staff was unsuccessful in reducing the noise in the relax area.

Hotel is too far from the lifts. The shuttle Service was fast, always on time and more or less available when it was needed. However, there are some breaks with no service at all, and one must always have an eye on the watch (this reduces the fun on the slopes).

Staff was extremely friendly and efficient! In contrast to other comments the WIFI worked perfectly (my daughter is a maniac in downloading TV shows). Quality of Food was way above average even for Italian standards.

Some things not even a good staff can fix. For example, the room was uncomfortable from a furniture standpoint including bad bed, bad living room, etc. Further, the iNet was absolutely horrible. During an average email, I would be disconnected 2-4 times. Lastly, the expense for all this was incredibly high. I am not one to look at prices - but, Cristallo ensures you can't ignore the price vs poor value ratio.

The staff was excellent. They really went out of their way to ensure you were having a good experience.

You just have to put it on and when you return, food, fruit and Wine is waiting for you. The swimming pool and sauna are great, again fresh fruit and variety of teas always available.
