    No comments. All good.

Staff friendly. Easy access to ski slopes. Great little find. Enjoyed our week skiing and finding this hotel was a bonus. Comfy good sized rooms, easy access to lift and nice spa area to wind down after a days ski.

Unfortunately the internet is very very slow so streaming anything is next to impossible but even reading facebook or web browsing is slow. The hot tub is nice but would say it's not especially hot and on a couple of days the water was more luke warm.

Excellent service by the staff who were very helpful and the food in the restaurant is amazing value for money and really good quality. The location is great and right in the centre opposite the ski lifts and the hotel includes free lift lockers near the ski lifts. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a nice view of the mountain.

WIFI a bit slowish, no immediate parking available, but due to offseason, easy to find sth. else

Great location 100m to the pistes and several shops, easy to find. Decent rooms and great breakfast.

Totally charmless, alike the rest of the village. Uncomfortable beds and awful mothball smell. Air ventilation noisy and inefficient. Noisy room location first floor on the main traffic street. Window mechanism malfunction. Light switch of the room defect. Shower was scaly. SPA and gym totally depressing. Worst of all, the WiFi was extremely slow (<0.5 Mb/s upload speed) and intermittently not working at all (i.e. Blocking emails).

Great location in front of the ski slopes and great view on the mountain skyline. Also a stone throw away from the main square. Personnel was personal and helpful throughout our stay.

A place to dry wet ski clothes would be useful - but we just put ours on the radiator outside our room for a while. (We arrived in a snow storm and some of the group wanted to ski immediately). The rest of the stay was very sunny.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, including the tea and cakes at 4pm. Nice to relax in the hot tub and sauna after coming off the slopes for the day. The location is ideal - very close to the slopes, and with a ski locker immediately off the slope so you don't have to carry the equipment round. We drove up from Turin airport which took 1 and 1/2 hours - easy drive. Hired ski equipment from the place next door to the hotel bar - they were very helpful.

Our room was not warm enough. The hot water should have been hotter. Unreliable wifi

Very good food at dinner. Good choice and quality at breakfast. Wine list reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location. Good points far outweigh the bad points. I would go back.

Hair dryer: cord too short and you are required to keep thumb pushed on the button to use...

Not impressed by the breakfast, very difficult to cook the eggs properly (in the egg boiler thing), hardly no croissants left and only one waitress so there weren't many prepared tables when we came downstairs (most still had used plates etc.). Also.. mountain view rooms are on the road so expect traffic noises!

    Great location

Rooms were too warm and one could not reduce the heat enough. No storage for skis.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Location could not have been better. rooms cleaned early.

A little hot in the hotel. Wifi coverage poor Jacuzzi partially broken Never any towels in the wellness area

Size and comfort of the room, breakfast, bar and the huge snacks you get with each beer. Location was perfect and the discounts with the ski hire shop and lift pass were very welcome. Great sauna

We travelled with our 2 young children. The staff didn't tell us about free afternoon tea and biscuits - I knew from previous reviews. We didn't feel special or "looked after" as many cheaper hotels are able to achieve. The room was disappointing and small considering it was set up as a quadruple room - luckily the children are 7 & 4 so it was manageable. Horrible view of fire escape stairs and wall. No bath!! We choose this hotel for its proximity to the slopes so we wouldn't have to drag our skis and boots around. There is another solution, you can leave your skis securely at the ski shop next to the lift pass shop and walk back to another hotel.

We decided to stay here because of the close proximity to the slopes. We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfasts were lovely - you can ask to have fried eggs or done in anyway you like. Jacuzzi & Turkish bath were ok.

If you have a room with view on the central place, it can sometimes be noisy when snowploughs are working. So, my advice would be to ask for a room at the backside of the hotel.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the ski slope and in the center of the resort. All employees are very kind and the service is excellent. Last but not least, the food is very nice.

Rock hard small bed. Very noisy throughout the night. Main road is directly outside the front facing rooms. Woken up by noisy revellers and snowploughs at 3 & 4 in the morning. Closed the windows to muffle the noise and it's way too hot. Cooling not working.
