The hotel is next to a noisy road and on the edge of a trading estate. Poor breakfast.

Nothing. The water was hot, bed was comfy, AC was cold and the people were friendly. No complaints. We will be back in the fall!

Marco, Carlo and the rest of the staff where very welcoming! Was gifted a delcious bottle of homemade wine. We missed the agritoursimo and wished we hadn’t. If you stay, DO IT!

Dinner served in the hotel restaurant is surprisingly good; may be it’s just us that didn’t know about it. The location is excellent for visiting Adrian Villa and Villa d’este.

Loacation feels a bit like a semi industrial suburb but actually there are a couple of restaurants and shops in walking distance if you look. (Go out turn right and walk 300m, good pizzeria) Shower head didn’t work properly and had evidently been that way for some time.

Very helpful staff. Easy access and good parking, quite close to Hadrian’s Villa. Has a pool but was too cold to use during our visit Had an up market restaurant, with lots of fish, looked very good (but we went elsewhere due to our kids)

The location in Tivoli is good but the actual position on a road with industrial properties is not ideal. The restaurant food is quite good but overpriced.

Friendly manager and good facilities. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable.

This is a proper hotel, compared to other properties we've been to. The rooms were very spacious, and the internet was GREAT. Goo location, easy to get to, we drove from Caserta.

The hotel was located on the outskirts, in a somewhat industrial setting The bathroom should be renovated, it gave a not so good impression, it was old and small, and not well maintained. There was no safe in the room

The towels were a bit small and there were no extra ones for the pool. In fact, the pool seemed more decoration that usable - there could have been more made of this. The pillows were a bit soft.

The staff were lovely, the restaurant had extraordinarily good gourmet cuisine and the position for the Villa Adriana was extraordinarily close and easy to get to. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. It was easy to get to Tivoli town by car. Very family friendly as all Italians seem to be.

That the hotel was too out of the way to do anything by walking The cost of a taxi was $20 euros to travel for a 5 KlM to hotel which converts to $29 Aust dollars which is so expensive every time you want to do something it would cost this

The staff were really nice pleasant and helpful at the front desk and I the restaurant

The bar had no alcohol! Really! Could not get anything to drink other than a glass of wine which was brought from the restaurant for me. I ordered a steak for my dinner which was nicely cooked but served on some sort of marble slab which was salted. My steak stayed hot but became more and more salty until I was gagging on it. Why would they do that?
